The Coop Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

RUDE-RUDE-RUDE. We came from NY we decided to go out for a drink, there were four of us. The drinks were decent the signature drinks were good the first service we got was good the second HORRIBLE. The place closes at 2 they called last call at 1:15am. Which was fine but around 1:25 “the bro’s” started vigorously cleaning up the place throwing away our drinks that weren’t finished. I asked my cousin for the time the one D-bag cut in and said it’s last call time when it was 1:28am- which we already knew because they announced it a couple times previously. We decided to quickly play another round of pool since the cue ball got stuck in the table and ruined the previous game we were playing. Anyways “the bro” comes back and makes it quite clear we were wearing out our welcome he started slamming the chairs at the table our drinks were at. It was just obnoxious and unnecessary. Meanwhile there’s like 10 other bro’s just hanging out in there drinking. Which in no way looked like any of them were leaving any time soon so we figured it would be fine to just finish playing the game we were almost done anyways. Then less then 10 minutes later he came back again to let us know that was the last song. Yet another hint to let us know we needed to leave. It was just beyond annoying. We ended up just leaving without finishing the game. I get it’s an after closing hangout for the friends but there was no need to make us paying customers feel un-welcomed. Especially since we were there finishing up a half hour before the closing time. Definitely WILL NOT be going back there for a drink. Way better...

This place is a must eat! Our first time trying the coop we ordered through door dash. After an hour if waiting for our food we called the restaurant. The owner was fantastic. Told us to cancel our order with doordash and he would make sure we had our food. Went and picked up our food from the restaurant and he gave us some extras to apologize for door dashes screw up even though that wasn't on him. The food was soooo good. I had the Nash burger which is to die for. My husband had the blackened chicken Philly. My daughter had the pepperoni pizza. Everything was so good and super filling. Thank you coop! We...

The fact that a business would openly disrespect other people's culture, for a means of business advertising is disgusting. When Coop Bar and Grill was messaged about this bigotry, they immediately blocked the account. This is not okay, and the fact that they blatantly do not care about the issue at hand speaks volumes about the people In charge of this...
