If you look at the picture, you'll see what helped comprise a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. When was the last time you saw something like that on a Philly Cheesesteak? This was what was part of my 17-year-old daughter's sandwich. It was virtually inedible because the "steak" was essentially comprised of fat and gristle.

I had an open-faced turkey and gravy sandwich, and I should have taken a picture of it. It was laughable as well. My two slices of toasted bread had a thin slice of turkey (maybe), and it was completely covered, as in 100 percent covered, in thick, brown gravy.

I didn't bother saying anything about the turkey sandwich, but I did try to speak to the manager, who turned out to be the owner, and she refused to talk to me. Her nephew met me at the counter and essentially told me that he was sorry that it was bad, but the owner (his aunt) wouldn't do anything to make it right.

On the good side, our server was very nice, and the fries and sweet tea were really good.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially with the complete lack of customer service. You can check my other reviews and see that I'm usually very kind in my reviews. I'm not the angry guy that just gives negative opinions. This place was bad. It's one thing to be bad, and it's another to be unfriendly and serve...

Customers beware!! They do charge for TAP water! 55 cents each!! Yes we just went there for desserts (we had dinner at the place across the street and decided to come here for the first time for dessert). We just got charge for water...tap water to be exact!?!?! We aren't cheap or anything like that at all but seriously they charge for water and there's no where to be find on the menu that state that!! Yes we just ordered 2 desserts but one of the dessert was $7.50 which is almost the same price with most items on the menu! We weren't told either that the tap water would be charged! I know $1.10 isn't a lot of money and we would be more than happy to pay if we were told or stated on the menu. It's just not right to try to make money like that. It's sad. When we walked in there we thought this is a decent place and we would come back for dinner but now I don't see us going back there....at least not anytime soon. Just lost one customer probably wont hurt them anyways. I just cant stand dishonest business and that's why I write this review.

2 stars bc the cake and the pie were good. Our server also was really nice and friendly.

Ohh also the bill we got, only have 2 items on it which were a cake and a pie. Waters weren't even on there!! Never been to any places that charge for...

I checked the website which said they closed at 10pm. Got there about 8:15pm. The young lady up front was very nice and told me to sit anywhere. Now when the server came it was a little different. She walked up to the table no smile, no hello. She looked at me and said "Straight up we're closing in 45 minutes and this is what we don't have". That's where I ended that conversation and said I'll have 2 hotdogs and a side of slaw. About 15 minutes later a couple walked in and sat down close to me. She walked up and again the first thing she said was "Straight up we're closing in 30 minutes. I didn't hear or pay attention to the rest of the conversation but the couple did get up and say they would just go elsewhere. Management did stop them to find out why they were leaving and asked several times for them to stay which they still declined to do. Management did address the situation with the server immediately. I think when I'm back in there I'll go to another servers section. Other than that the rest of the staff was very nice and my food...

On the GO? Theo's spaghetti to go is a HUGE portion and the salad with Ranch was delicious!! What a lil Greek Gem! VAST menu - meat n 3, classic american fare and italian options. SO MUCH SO that I scarfed everything up and didn't stop to take a picture of the HUGE chili cheeseburger plate (half and half - the fries and onion rings were crispy) and classic spaghetti plate (SERVED STEAMING HOT) - the salad is fresh and the ranch dressing tastes homemade and is super creamy (MAYBE consider removing the onion from the salad as they are a bit sharp)! The tea is perfectly balanced and sweet I wanted to try the baklava but was STUFFED!! The location is right near I-85 Lunch time GOT REALLY BUSY If everyone wasn't super busy rushing around giving folks the TOP NOTCH service we received they MIGHT be able to use a second register as the lone gal was taking call in orders AND doing the counter work also. I know I'll be back again and again and probably AGAIN!

OK the only reason I gave a 3 was for the taste of the food. I went there this morning I got a bologna egg and cheese on a bun and a large cup of grits with cheese I did not get my receipt I looked at my bank app later it was 16.07. I called up there to make sure price was right she said yes. Sandwich was 6.97 grits where 8.07. That's highway robbery. Theos I am very disappointed in this pricing. Will not go back.
