After quite a long wait in line, we very carefully told our server our order. It was quite big so we had written everything out to remember and so there would be no confusion. The man at the counter must have been new because he seemed very confused and another employee kept having to come help him. I then had to ask for cups and tell him how many drinks we had ordered because he tried to give us less than we had just paid for. When our food was finally ready, we discovered that over half the order was incorrect and missing. So we had another very long wait only to be charged for the replacement food!!!! We had our receipt to show what we had actually ordered but several employees started arguing with us and became quite rude, basically accusing us of trying to rob them when in fact all we wanted was lunch so we could get back on the road. They eventually gave us what they had messed up and we finally went on our way. Only to find that they had once again badly messed up the replacement order including missing food. At that point we had had enough and left. It was an utter nightmare. We were there for an hour and the food we did receive was sloppy and put together without much care. I will NEVER EVER go to this Wendy's again and would advise anyone to stay far away!!!! New staff needs to be hired immediately because the current state of affairs is appalling. Read moreFirstly, I just want to say I will never be back at this Wendy’s!! Went at night on May 6 to order food and there was only two cars in front of us who had already ordered. We waited about 5 minutes before we were acknowledged at the intercom. No greetings or even an apology for making us wait (like how many other fast foods do). The cashier was very rude through the intercom. Got to the window to pay and no acknowledgement there either. We were about to drive away when she finally came about 5 minutes later. The drive thru window was open and she was ranting off about working and about the manager who makes the schedule and then the manager on duty also chimed in and both just kept on complaining about their work. While the guy just sat there doing absolutely nothing. The cashier was so mad that people were at the drive thru that she demanded the guy to go check to see how many people were waiting at the drive thru. She didn’t give us our receipt and when my husband asked for a straw she rudely said “it is in your bag!” Before we drove off, she was rudely yelling at the next person in drive thru. Unbelievable. Anywho, the food was actually freshly made so that is for the 1 star. Dissatisfied with this place because of the employees. Read moreWe arrived at Wendy's at 4pm, I know during 2-5pm are the slow times. The cashier was TOTALLY BORING and had the attitude she could care less that we chose Wendys for our dinner that day. Also we informed her there was a good size puddle of water on the floor in front of the cashier counter. She said okay she would take care of it. She never did anything about it. Upon receiving our order, of a double combo and the bag deal. Our fries were cold and the meat on our burgers was barely luke warm which is not healthy to consume. But sadly this isn't the first time visiting a Wendys restaurant in other locations that the food was barely warm and the customer service was terrible. No enthusiasm or suggestive selling or greeting you at all. I remember when Wendys was really good and had fast service with hot food. Sadly this has become a thing of the past especially with the caliber of people Wendys has decided to hire and have on the front counter with NO speed to them at all. I'm gonna have to stop visiting Wendys for good due to their TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE and LUKE WARM FOOD!!! VERY SAD WHAT WENDYS...
