There are certain days where you have to avoid going to this Wendy's. On days when the guy is there, you're gonna have excellent customer service. But I went there on my way to work Monday night, December 7th, around 9:45 pm. I ordered my food, and when I got to the window I asked for light ice. I was very apologetic about it because I forgot to ask for it before I got to the window, but I really didn't think it would be a big deal. The employee at the window was about to make me another drink, but then some older lady behind her told her not to do it. I'm not sure but I think she was the night shift manager. I didn't argue. I just took the drink and my food and left. I don't check to make sure they got my order right because every time I go there, my order has only been wrong once before. And even then they were extremely polite and professional and even offered to have someone cook the rest of my order when I got off work the next morning. But when I got to work tonight, I looked in my bag, and noticed that I had no straw, and they gave me regular nuggets when I asked for spicy nuggets. It even says, "spicy nuggets" on the receipt. I still didn't argue. I didn't call them, and I couldn't go back because I am a security guard and I can't leave my post until I am relieved. I am the nicest customer you'd ever want to meet. I don't complain about anything but that particular visit to Wendy's at the Pilot wasn't sitting right with me. A friend told me I should leave a review so here I am. I apologize for how long...

I've never had to leave a negative review before but I'm highly dissatisfied and perturbed by this, "service".
We went through the drive thru, they couldn't hear us so we went to the window as they said to. (There aren't any other drive thru customers here, and maybe around 5-9 customers inside, btw)...
Then, they got the order wrong & charged us for it...they didn't include the items ordered..... so now, we had to go in. (There are 5 of us)
We weren't disrespectful, weren't hard to understand, and didn't have a difficult order.
Oh, forgot another issue... My sons' went to use the restroom, and there were like 10 older men literally just hanging out in the bathroom...So my boys waited around 20 mins, and they're still in there.

Read moreWorst customer service EVER. This is my first negative review because typically I just don’t care enough to rant. They have the most rude employees I have ever met. It was unbelievable. My husband went back up to the counter because they forgot half of our order, and while he was standing there waiting patiently to receive the rest, the girl behind the counter looks at him and says “okay bye!” Like he was an inconvenience. And then she told the other worker to “deal with him”..... SERIOUSLY!? I would have been fine with the long wait we had. And I could have handled them getting my food wrong, heck, I could have even handled my food being cold.. stuff happens, I get that!
