Wendy's — Restaurant in South Carolina

Not in 3 years since I’ve moved to Greenville SC have I had a horrible experience until Beth at the drive thru. She appeared to be a manager but had no name tag and received no recipe either, she never repeated order and her tone was a bit prude if you will. We clearly order (3) four for four and a single sandwich in plain English, was quick to end Order and never repeated it. Now at window never expecting to see a manager but maybe a new lady or something, we ask why was it 18 if we only order 3 promos and a single sandwich yet we’re getting 4 drinks back and never once not at the speaker or window were we rude she answered very rudely and not the way a manager should either because last time I checked costumer is always right she responds after we corrected her saying we asked for 3 four for fours and a single sandwich and she’s quick to cut us off responding “well you said 4” and shuts window to scream back at crew make that 3 and removed one drink in what appeared to look like she was stressed or angry but why take it out on us. This is my favorite wendy’s around, never have I experienced nor have I ever seen Beth and even worst a manager. Ok so she hands out order and it is apparent she’s not happy and says nothing at all not even thank you and shuts window and proceeds to take a new order so before it’s completely shut we managed to say thank you at least. Beth the manager was By far the worst drive thru experience I’ve had there and I just live down the road so I’m there a lot and I’ve never seen her before. Yes I’ve had countless other times I left dissapointed or made it home to find out I was missing my ranch for my nuggets or straws but just minor things like that I get it that’s forgivable but never have we been told well you said this when we clearly said that! and to make this better by a manager!!!’ So because I still love wendys I’ll...

They are accurate with their orders kinda. Above average for the area of Greenville. I mean when every fast food restaurant I have been to literally forgets one item on average it is pretty good when every other time I go they forget one thing. this time it was the sweet and sour sauce to go with the 4 for $4. Not a big deal didn't cost me anything. oh wait, i ordered a diet coke and got a sugar laden part sprite flavored part coke flavored unpleasant beverage, but they didnt forget the no ice. I threw it away i dilike the way coke tastes it is repugnant and with sprite added to it well it was the flavor of partially digested food vomited into my mouth with a lacquer finish because of the sugar. it stuck in my mouth for a good long while a horrible flavor molesting my every breath. i much perfer and like it when they forget simple utensils and condiments. Not mess up on my food or beverage. They are above average in accuracy below average in friendliness and about the same in cleanliness. I don't go to Wendy's expecting magic. I don't go to Wendy's to be coddled by employees hoping to have someone pucker up and disingenuously kiss my buns. I like real. If it is stressful and demanding don't exert energy on bum kissing just be assertive and respectful. They are not unfriendly they just are not polite and warm. Would love to give this restraint no stars.To start off my wife ordered our food and got it in the drive thru.Checked the bag and the order was not complete.Got that fixed no big deal.My wife gets home her and the kids were eating. She ate close to half of her burger which is when she looked and noticed her burger was raw on the inside.When I say raw I mean the thing was almost mooing.So I myself go up to the restraunt to show a manager. A lady came forward I showed her and she said she would get another burger.Walked away and had one of her coworkers come snatch the bad burger off the counter and then instructed someone else to run it out to the dumpster.Another lady walks up a manager supposedly. Says could I get you some fries.I told her I would like to know what they had cooking a kid? So she says yes he is a kid as she smiles in my face and continuously smirks and jokes with her coworkers.This is the worst experience I have ever had at any restraunt.The people working there are a joke. I myself work at a restraunt and that is no way how this should have been handled.There only concern was getting rid of the evidence !This place is filled with TRASH! ON ANOTHER NOTE I was not the only one coming in with complaints two others walked in to complain just while I was there.I have spoke to corporate I have a picture of the raw burger and this WILL be sorted out.No matter what I have to do...
