Avoid Hoagies at All Costs - Unhygienic and Rude Service!

I am utterly horrified by my recent experience at Hoagies, where I encountered a level of negligence and rudeness that I never thought possible in a food establishment. The manager's lack of concern for food safety and customer satisfaction is beyond alarming.

Upon ordering a sandwich at Hoagies, I was shocked to discover that the bread was visibly covered in mold. This egregious oversight is not only disgusting but also poses a serious health risk to unsuspecting customers. When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, instead of showing genuine remorse and offering a refund or replacement, she displayed an appalling level of rudeness and defensiveness.

What's even more appalling is that I later found out that this is not an isolated incident. Numerous other customers have reported similar encounters with moldy food at Hoagies, only to be met with the same dismissive and disrespectful attitude from the manager. It is clear that food safety and customer satisfaction are not a priority at this establishment.

I urge everyone to steer clear of Hoagies unless you want to risk your health and endure the brunt of the manager's unprofessional behavior. The blatant disregard for basic hygiene standards and the callous treatment of customers make this sandwich store a danger to public health and a disgrace to the food service industry.

Normally I don't leave a review because I never had a problem until now...I ordered a turkey sub with honey mustard light lettuce along with a Pepsi....okay so the sandwich had more lettuce then the hair on the top of my head kid you not...didn't taste NO type of honey mustard but I did taste all the lettuce and onion...the lady at the front ask again what was my drink second time a Pepsi tell me why I have a tea. Not only that, I ordered sweet potato fries super soggy couldn't eat that either....🤦🏽look for the price I paid it would been nice for my food and drink to be right...and not having to throw my food away because that's what happen and I had to stop at a side store spending more to get the drink I wanted....if they stop talking so much like the last crew I knew before my order...

I’ve been a customer at this establishment since 2017 and never received terrible service like I have today. I had a call in order which is typically ready when I arrive so that I can eat and enjoy my 30min lunch break. Today my order was given to another customer which cause an additional wait time of 10-15mins which was no problem. The manager apologized and refunded me for my order however when my food finally came it was prepared incorrectly. I made the cashier aware of it and one of the cooks came from the back of the kitchen with an attitude and proceeded to argue with me regarding my order.
