I ordered two pizzas. They were absolutely disgusting. Plus 2 cheesesteaks that looked OK I’ve seen better and an order of chicken fingers that were very expensive in my opinion and they were tiny. I would’ve tried to keep the food however the pizzas were so disgusting and curling up. I gave a restaurant a call. They said they would call me back and never got a call so I went up there to return everything they wouldn’t return the order because it was ordered through slice it was impossible to get a hold of somebody with Slice and when I did, they told them completely different story.
When bravos looked at the pizzas, the new employee (he’s been there a month-his words) touch with his dirty hands every single piece of food that we paid $85 for. So we left with the un edible food that was touched by dirty hands and no money back.
The worst part was they totally racial profiled my brother-in-law when he picked it up and refused to give him the food. I had to call and tell him what he looked like, even tho the exact order he told them wasn’t good enough. they’re claiming that he gave them a code which never happened. My attached photos are from another pizza place on the left in the pictures. That’s a board walk pizza. I don’t know what that red mess of a pizza was but definitely not a boardwalk.
The food I purchased somewhere else looks amazing. (On the left) That food looks so much better. The entire order was 20 dollars cheaper from the new place and when I told the other place what happened they felt so bad they comped me a pizza. That was so nice of the competition.
I would have accepted something anything from this place and just been quiet and not returned but the amount of disrespect was unbelievable. Awful awful experience.
Slice is an awful company too I dot. Advise ever using...
Read moreStopped in to grab a slice before picking my daughter up from school, ordered a slice of sicilian and a slice of Hawaiin for my wife and a small cherry coke-$12.71$ ok whatever-pricey but not sweatin it. Have $20 on counter while cashier man changes register tape before getting drink even though we are the only customers in the joint. Fast forward to the slices in the oven-not my first rodeo so the length of time in the oven gets to the point of concerning as it one of two things at this point-burnt or melt the roof of your mouth off hot. I peek around the corner and the cashier man is conveniently heating his coffee up in the microwave-younger guy takes slices out and says it burnt-older cashier man then brings the burnt slices to the table-I declined and now have to settle for a cold slice. Total lack of customer service by this guy-over priced and shameful to treat your only customers in the joint to this kind of service as a pizza shop owner. Go elsewhere-Hare's Hill around the corner-Gerneros in the Giant shopping center- to name a few. This guy doesnt give a...
Read moreI don't know what some previous reviewers have been smoking or didn't realize a difficult evening, but along with T. D. Alfredo's in Phoenixville, better pizza than I have ever had even on the streets of Rome, Italy.
Tonight I had their chicken finger salad. For my taste, the fingers wanted hot sauce -- easy add-on for a picante-popper like myself. The green / veggie / tomato part of the salad was the best I have ever tasted, and very generous portion. The house dressing tastes to me like it's largely based on cucumber -- in an EXTREMELY good way. Seriously the best -- that's about all I can say about it.
