I'm sorry that my schedule only permits me to come here 1hr before they close, catching the staff while they're cleaning (place smelled like disinfectant when eating) but I'm glad to have tried this place. It's not bad. MUCH better broth than their other El Monte location on Valley Blvd. --The other Valley Blvd location in Alhambra is closed.
Food came out quick: Within 5 minutes of ordering. The Bún Bò Huế had just the right amount of meat:noodles ratio, and as mentioned earlier, the broth was good. Their Egg Rolls came out piping hot! Freshly made!!! Their Nem Chua was pretty good, with just enough vinegar that it's not too sour.
