I’ve been a repeat customer for the last 10+ years. There’s always been some days that have been better than others, but I always try to be considerate to the situation at hand.
Tonight was by far the worst experience in all my years frequenting.
We ordered our pizzas tonight at 4:42, she stated an hour which they’re usually pretty true to - even on their half price mondays. Today hour pizza arrived an hour and 30 minutes later, I was mindful because it was Monday. Both of the pizzas delivered felt as if they had been sitting for a while, thankfully my son doesn’t eat anything hot tho so no big deal I guess, my pizza was made wrong - most times I just deal with it but it was made with tonight I wasn’t going to be able to eat. I called back and they claimed they would make and resend it. I wait another hour and 20 minutes before calling for an update. They immediately place me on hold without even the slightest hello and then hang up on me. Feeling avoided I use my boyfriend phone to call back assuming they have caller ID and lone behold they answer right away as if I was a different costumer. I ask them for an update on my pizza and they tell me it’s sitting in the warmer and a driver will bring it right away. 20 minutes later and knowing they’re -10 minutes away I call again, no one picks up. At this point I’m just mad, do I even have food coming? Have I been waiting to eat for over three hours for nothing? They state they’re open until 8:30 so at this point I grab the uneaten pizza and drive over, 8:10 doors are locked but I can see employees sitting on the counter. I just want my money back at this point, they tell me my pizza is heading to my house. Cool, I don’t want it. If she hasn’t delivered it I tell them to have her keep it. My waiting time in total tonight was 4:42-8:15 when I finally walked out, still hungry.
It’s sad, they offered me a free pizza on my next visit, but free won’t even save...
Read moreThis is the most upsetting review I am writing. I love this place and have never had an troubles with it until yesterday afternoon. At 12:30pm I did an online or on a Fried Chicken sandwich and a Cheeseburger. About 10 minutes later someone from the your place called and informed me you were out of burgers and if we would like something else. My girlfriend who wanted the burger was a little upset but said ok give me a Grilled Chicken sandwich with bacon. After that point we waited over an hour to get our food even delivered. Once it did get here we opened everything up to find two Grilled Chicken sandwiches and the one didn't even have bacon nor did we get the FRIED Chicken sandwich and everything was ICE COLD! I have ordered multiple times from you all and always for delivery, never had such this bad of an experience as I did yesterday. Not only do you tell me that you don't have the food I ordered but also you don't even give me the correct food and I had to eat it freezing cold. Read moreDecided to order a pizza and spaghetti despite my initial reservations after reading about their occasional delivery issues and long wait times. When I ordered the medium BLT pizza (fyi - it's served cold which I did not know) and child spaghetti, I was told delivery was an hour to hour fifteen. Our driver showed up in our drive at the 2 hour mark exactly. Mind you, we live less than a mile from the establishment. After microwaving our pizza and fishing out some long brown hairs from our child's spaghetti, I can honestly say the pizza was pretty good but my confidence was shaken. My biggest question, how does it take 2 hours for pizza that's served cold? I would've been happy to carry out instead with those wait times! Also, seems from reviews and my own personal experience, the owner doesn't like taking complaint phone calls and instead would rather the young girl taking orders field...
