Food is really good. Bartender service ratings vary due to the inconsistencies. The bartender Shawna is amazing!! Very attentive, makes guests feel welcomed and appreciated every time you visit. But the other bartender, Nikki, is the complete opposite. Extremely lazy, always seems like she doesn't want to actually be there, by far the slowest service I've ever received in my life at a bar. I seriously call ahead to make sure she's not the only bartender working before I head out. It's that bad. But like I said, Shawna makes it worth while to spend your money and she just keeps a positive Vibration throughout the place. The renovations are also looking good. Hoping they're done soon so both sides are open. Fridays and Saturdays are probably the best days to go. Plus it's an older crowd (28+ yrs old). I was here yesterday for ladies night and happy hour. I placed my order for a wine and food about 7:20, I didn't receive my food until 10 pm. Not to mention the barmaid was extremely rude after I paid I went to the other side to have a seat. The food and atmosphere are absolutely amazing, and the bartenders near the entrance side with the couches are friendly, attentive, and really elevate the experience. Unfortunately, the bartenders on the other side tell a different story. They make it their business to overlook you, choosing to serve men and people they seem to know.
