La Casa del Tacos — Restaurant in South Fayette Township

We are OBSESSED with La Casa Del Tacos!!!!! They have the best Birria tacos in Pittsburgh! Everything about this place is amazing - from the staff who are always so polite and nice ( I always leave them a big tip!), the outside is so beautiful in such a nice quiet area and the food!!!! I will always order my birria along with other tacos, gotta have my gauc and chips! The quesadillas are really good. They come with salsa and sour cream! Yum!! The queso and chips is insanely good! They recently brought back the corn as well and WOW! I could eat 4 or more of those myself easily lol I always tell everyone about this place because its absolutely delicious! I found them by looking for Birria and I will never stop coming back. The location is a little farther than where I live but it is definitely worth the drive everytime!!! Keep up the great work, you guys are doing amazing and have such a gift, talent and passion for food and it is such a blessing to experience that through food...

My wife and I, read good reviews about this taco place such as “the best” or “authentic” therefore our expectations were through the roof. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations. There were quite a few things that we didn’t like about this place. The tables were dirty, food leftovers all under them, it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests left. La casa del tacos, is the first taco place that we were charged for sauces! usually sauces are complementary, not big deal if they were tasty, unfortunately they weren’t. I ordered a torta, it tasted and looked more like a Panera Bread sandwich than a Mexican torta. My wife ordered a birria and shrimp tacos. No rating on atmosphere, because it is a take-out window with 2 tables on the sidewalk. BUT, clean and neat! On to the best ever tacos, and tamales I have ever had. Portions are BIG. I have tasted a half dozen tacos on the menu, all are delicious, fresh tasting meats and fish. Seasonings are just right. Tamales OMG!!!! that's all that needs to be said. Prices are very reasonable.
