First time at the hanger in South Hadley. My wife and girls and I ordered our food, we had the pretzel appetizer which was good then we all ordered dinner. Two of the meals came out at the same time One came out two minutes later then mine came out last and incorrect. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with jet fuel hot sauce It came out as a wrap I didn't get the onion that's supposed to come on it and or the cheese that was added to it. I informed the waitress it was wrong and she said ya I know, would you like what you ordered? But it will take a long time to make. I chose to keep it because I didn't want to wait but it was flavorless and I didn't even eat half. The disappointing part was the lack of care of what happened. They're using companies that rely on underpaid workers rather than have to hire and pay someone a reasonable wage. This is ridiculous. I used to order delivery all of the time from them, so I know they had their own drivers. In the past year or so, I've made a habit of actually going there a few times a month with a group of friends. Right now, though, I'm stuck home after surgery, and I can't drive. This was a company that I supported regularly in many of its locations for the many years that I've lived in this area. Unfortunately, their choice to cheap out on labor costs will be leaving them without our group's business. Read moreThis review is specifically and just for this visit. In the past, when we have ordered out we have had no issues. Did we get what we ordered? Yes. However every single item, burgers, fries and wings we're all undercooked. We didn't report it to the restaurant because we're not looking for anything. What we hope is that they will take the time to look at the quality of the food exiting their kitchen. The fries were so underdone it was like the drop them into the fire pulled him out and threw them in the box. Everything that we received, with the exception of the burger went in our air fryer. And if they tell you that the burger bun is toasted, they are lying. I believe they were just busy and more interested in putting the food out and then the quality of the food.
