Philly Pretzel Factory — Restaurant in South Hanover Township

It was really hard to tell that the place was there because it says Duncan pretzels on the sign that you can see from the road. However, when you get beside Duncan, you see this little entrance to the pretzel factory. My husband purchased 2 cinnamon sugar pretzel cups. He purchased a box of bite-size pretzels with cheese. He also got two of the larger salted pretzels. The pretzels were not warm, and that may be contributing to our review. The cinnamon sugar pretzels with the glaze was delicious even while cold. Just walked in on a cold day at the park, coffee from the left, pretzels on the right. Awesome place. Been to an old PP location in upstate NY once, and this time was better than it was years ago. Great service, warm and fresh bag of pretzels for a great price. Got a 10 pack. Easily 4 times heavier and nearly half the price than 3 pretzels from that Annie chain place. A+ integrity and customer service. I first ordered a tray in November 2024, and unfortunately the store had a last minute equipment failure, which meant they couldn't fill my order. They refunded my order fully and promised a free replacement in the future.
