Big Bertha's Grill — Restaurant in South Heidelberg Township

Didn’t even get to try their food but, what’s more important of any kind of establishment is customer service!!!!

After hearing amazing things about this place I️ decided to call them at and ask their hours. The lady picked up and said we will be open until 8pm. Decided to leave Lancaster, PA with the excitement of enjoying a Big Bertha for the first time. Long story short...

Through miles of back roads it finally leads me to the place where it was completely dark. I️ was a bit confused looking over the time and realized it was 7:28. As I️ walk up to the door, I️ see the lady walking around but the door was locked. I️ started knocking on the door to get the lady’s attention and she looked at us and then proceeded to turn the lights off to the outside of the building then she walked away pretending we didn’t exist. Decided to call them and the phone was ringing ; this time she ignored it.... so guess what ; I️ left!

Horrible customer service! I’m sure the food is great but whoever the lady that was working today on 11/7/17 needs to be fired! I️ refuse to go to this place as she looked at me like I️ was crazy. Would not recommend to anyone at all!!! (Pictures attached...

I had heard about their cheesesteaks. Mostly how huge the Big Bertha size is but with some differing opinions on the tastiness. The staff was very friendly and service was quick, I was the only one there, so take that with a grain of salt.

I ordered a medium cheesesteak with onion and ketchup, hold the sauce. I wasn't asked about cheese but it was American, which I'm fine with. Even the medium was quite huge, worthy of the $15 price tag.

The steak was good and the roll was too soft (not seeded). I had to be careful eating it as the roll wanted to break apart. Extremely disappointed with our recent service here. We come here frequently and came today and they were busy so we just ordered food to go instead of eating there. Several customers that have placed their order after us were served before us. We ordered a blt and a turkey cheese w 2 orders of fries.
