Around 7:30pm I ordered a 12 piece supreme chicken tenders through drive-thru. I pulled off and parked, not wanting to hold the line up any more as they were already moving slow, and made sure to check my box and instead of tenders I received mostly nuggets about about 3 full tenders. I went back through the drive-thru and let the guy at the window know and I showed him my box. He walks off, and there’s a girl standing by saying “there’s a lady at the window who needs something” and I didn’t hear the guy’s response and the girl proceeds to say to him “pretty please can you do it, why did you give her those tenders like that” and she was laughing as if it was funny. Eventually that same girl comes over and asks if I need something and I showed her my box and said “I have nuggets, not tenders.” Her response is “most of the tenders came out that way, I could drop you some more but you’re going to have to wait” I said “that’s fine,” but if you’re giving customers nuggets and not tenders the least you could do is add more to my box, right? Smh. She asks for my box back and I give it back to her. Eventually, she comes back out with my box saying “these should look better this time, open the box and look at them while I’m right here”. I opened the box, but my issue is that the tenders should have looked like that from the start. You don’t just give people three full tenders and then some nuggets. Have some courtesy and respect, serve people decent food. It’s not that hard, fast food and serving people isn’t hard at all but of course there’s some dummies working in fast food- the easiest job anyone can have lol. The customer service here needs a lot of work, as well as the people who are packing the boxes. This is unacceptable and I do not find a customer’s issue something to...
Read moreI was born and raised on some good ol Bojangles. I loved hearing “It’s BoTime” as a child. This was the worst experience I had at any Bojangles in my 28 years of living. When I placed the order the person who took my order greeted me with what seemed to be an attitude. After taking my order I asked questions to clarify that the order would be correct. The person who took my order seemed annoyed that I was asking questions and that I corrected her and added items to the order. I am always extremely polite and in this case I ensured to say please and thank you after every sentence. I even asked her “are you having a good day today?”She said “not really.” I then said “I can tell” and proceed to ask her if there “was anything I could do to make it better.” She said “no” and told me my total. This is extremely unprofessional. When I got to the window a different girl who gave me the drinks was now at the window. I believe the person who took my order was wearing a black shirt and likely the manager (she was wearing the headset). This entire experience was disappointing. My supremes were burnt, the sweet tea was tasteless. I am active duty Army currently on leave from Japan to visit family. Bojangles is the first restaurant I’ve eaten at since being back in the US, and I am disappointed by the lack of souther hospitality, manners, taste of the food, care taken with the order, and the speed of service at...
Read moreThe meals were hot 🔥 and the French fries 🍟 nice and not too hard. 😋 We ate in the car since we were headed to another event. What I believed was great was seeing the Associates happy, serving with a Smile and the facilities clean fron the bathroom to the seating area. This shows that Management is on their job fully and keeping the staff in check. Okay, so here's the deal, it was crowded, the patrons to include us were happy, no lines, foods served fast, and the Staff engaged 😉. Put a check here to stop into the next time you are in town. Now, let's get started in paying it forward, give someone a hug and show some kindness today. Reach out to someone and tell them just how much you care. Share some love ❤️ sunshine in their lives. Life is too short and it's too late when they are gone. God is loving us through a multitude of faults, hurts, sorrow and more. So let's not let another minute pass us by. Let your children, extended family know you care. Heck, drop a line here if you don't know anybody and follow me. Have a wonderful day and keep the Faith because God Cares About You! Got to run, hope this encourages you to share some love ❤️ with...
