Where to start. We ordered on a Tuesday afternoon for three pizzas. They told us that they only had one driver and it would take an hour at the least. After an hour, we got a text saying our pizza was being delivered. 20 mins later, still no pizza. We called to check on the status and they said that it was just around the corner. 20 minutes later, still no pizza. We finally called and said that after 1 hour and 40 minutes we did not want the order anymore and to please cancel.
We tried cancelling the order 5+ times! Each time they answered, we were placed on hold. Finally got a hold of someone and I asked if we could cancel our order. To which we got the response: "Okay, bye." We called back to make sure it was canceled and that they were going to issue a refund, to which they said "Yes we already told you". Unfriendly customer service!
Ultimately, at 1 hour and 45 minute mark, the pizza driver showed up. They called us and we told them we already cancelled the order and that it was too delayed. We again had to talk to the main location to confirm and after almost 2 hours and over 6 calls to the Domino's location, we were left hungry and frustrated.
We ultimately received an email with the Domino's guarantee back for a free pizza or 80 points; but does that really help when you wait 2 hours for three cold pizzas to be delivered? Not really.
Long story short: Expect delays and cold pizza from this location...even if you live right across the street.

Read moreDid a online order thru the app and I tracked it every 2mins so at 7:22Pm the tracker said that the order was double checked and complete so I waited and waited and waited and around 7:59pm I tracked the order again and it still said the same thing so I called the store and the lady said that it would be 20mins until the food was going out for delivery she asked if I wanted to come pick up my order instead I told her that I would come get my food so 8mins after I arrived to the store and as soon as I arrived I told ERICA i was the person that had a delivery order that took a hour to get ready and that I am here to pick it up so she checked the computer and proceeds to tell me that she sent my order out for delivery I asked her why would you do that and I just talked to you not even 10mins ago and told you that I was coming to pick it up so she called the driver and he said it will be ten minutes til he can bring the pizza 🍕 back so I waited and waited and waited and he finally showed up the pizza was cold it was already paid for so I took it anyways NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WILL I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN I WILL GO TO THE ONE...
Read moreI really don't like posting bad reviews because staff/management can change periodically but after experiencing another incident with this chain I had to warn others whom are ordering delivery. 4 months ago I placed an order for delivery and it was during their busy lunch hour so I waited patiently for my order and knew it might be a while. However once an hour and 30 more min had passed I called and asked about my order. They told me my pizza was delivered 20min ago (to the wrong house!) and the girl I was speaking with was very rude and put me on hold several times while she had to talk to the manager. They then disconnected me and I had to call back to ask for a refund, although they were willing to replace my order but I would have to wait another hour. I was hesitant on ever getting pizza from this branch again but yesterday I decided to give them another try, BIG mistake. Not only did they deliver me the wrong pizzas but they did not want to send their driver back to my place to pick them up so I can get my correct order, I will not be placing any more orders...
