I've had some concerns during my visits to the meat market. One issue is that the workers often don't change their gloves between tasks, which can be a bit worrying from a hygiene perspective. Additionally, I've noticed that employees sometimes speak negatively about customers in Spanish, possibly not realizing that it can make people feel uncomfortable if they understand the language. They’re fajita taco meat used to be great not so much since the beginning of covid they have become so inconsistent. Sometimes it’s not chopped up enough other times is chopped to where it mushy and greasy. Especially since the price has gone tremendously high you would expect them to keep up with the quality. Went for the first time today and I love this place! All the ladies were so nice and helpful. I'm not fluent in Spanish and they did the best they could with our slight language barrier. I got one taco and OMG!! it was definitely the best taco I've had from the area. I'm going back Saturday to try their barbacoa! The grocery selection was full of great food.
