If there was a negative rating I would've picked it! We were there for over an hour without getting our food or asked if we needed / wanted a refill on our drinks! While we were waiting they waitresses took turns 4 TIMES coming to another table and asking what they ordered! There was plenty of staff and they weren't nearly busy enough to justify how long EVERYONE had to wait for service or their food! They wrote down orders on table napkins instead of ticket pads (which could explain the orders being screwed up or forgotten)! When we finally got our order my chocolate milk was warm and they forgot completely parts of our order! I've have bad service before but this is absolutely was THE WORST I've ever experienced!!! ALSO the boy wiping off tables was either poorly trained or was blind as a bat or just takes no pride in his work! Cuz I sat and watched him "wipe off" three tables that were clearly still dirty but he just didn't care I guess! The waitresses obviously didn't care either cuz they went ahead and seated people at those nasty tables anyway! Trust me when I say we will NEVER go back and I will not recommend anyone else go there...
Read moreWe arrived around 7:45pm. The server was excellent (I can't recall her name, but she had blonde hair and a tattoo on her neck), and the food was hot, fresh, and fast. Such a great experience...and then I noticed something. We were the only people there. It's 8:15 by this time and I realized something that hadn't crossed my mind since it was still light outside. I asked our server, "What time do you close?" "8 o'clock" she said with a smile. I immediately apologized as I had no clue they closed at 8 or we would have went somewhere else. She was so gracious and said, "Don't worry at all I have plenty of stuff to do, so take your time." What a great ambassador of your business. What a great example for the service industry and dine in business. She could have been short and a bit sassy if she wanted to (and I would have deserved it in the food service world), but she chose to be a great representative of that restaurant and acted like an owner. Read moreIf you're grabbing breakfast and you order coffee, you might want to make sure that your waitress name is not Rachel. She will get your first cup of coffee, but she seems to want to forget that you're going to need a refill soon. Then, when she brought my food, she said that she would bring me more coffee, then ran over to a booth, hidden from everyone's sight and hides. Then, several minutes later, she brings the coffee and fails to apologize for forgetting about the refill. She needs to speak about her customer service skills cause they are lacking. When I left, I mentioned to the other waitress that I appreciated her for being attentive that other customers needed coffee and that I was disappointed that my waitress was not as attentive. That waitress, I guess, took it personally that I was complaining about her friend and started getting an attitude and was acting like she didn't want to talk about it anymore.
