First time visiting Sukihana. We went there for lunch right after we took a stroll around the lake. Perfect temp 70, sunny-warm, a perfect day.
The hostess greeted us promptly, we were seated in the back booth which was what we requested. Ria promptly brought us stoneware cute drinking cups filled with ice/water, the cutesy cups have nice graphic cinnamon lines around the rim of the cups.
Evil Eye sushi had tiny lime slices decorated on top, fresh fish-rice, 9-10 pieces for roll $12.99. Cool cold seaweed salad $4.99 was perfect after some ray around the lake, a refreshing treat. Tonkatsu ramen was super delicious, fresh ramen noodles, two (2) slices of roasted pork, fresh chopped green onions, half broiled egg in a rich-delicious pork broth $13.99.
Everything was very good and fresh. Whatever you order, can't go wrong. Presentation of noodles and sushis' were impressive. Good lighting all around. Nice decors. Tables, chairs, booth spaces were clean-spotless. A comforting and welcoming setting.
While we dined, people kept coming in. They cleaned each table, wiped the chairs after guests have left and reset each table.
Being business travelers, we tried sushi's/ramen soups in NY, San Francisco (Japan Town), Denver, CO, Memphis, TN (Red Koi Japanese Cuisine), and elsewhere in the states. Sukihana is up to par. The servers were all very nice, a pleasant dining experience.
We requested a $25 gift card; prior to leaving. They offer gift cards based on the amounts of your choice. Be sure to get a gift card for someone special, i.e., birthday gift, surprise gift, just because gift !
This will be our regular sushi place. Will be...

Read moreAbsolutely amazing service and amazing food 🍣! We went there last week and had to go back today again! After only coming there once the staff recognized us and greeted us! Our amazing waiter even recommended some new rolls and nigiri for us based on what we enjoyed last time! The rolls were some of the freshest tasting fish I've had in Utah, would extremely recommend! We have yet to have one that we haven't enjoyed! The atmosphere is extremely cozy and has an amazing view of the daybreak "lake". I would recommend this place many times over for sushi lovers! This place is now added to one our our regular spots!
Edit: We've now been back a countless amount of times. We still couldn't recommend this place enough! The staff always recognizes us and treats us like family. We always get recommendations, and by now they know us well enough to just order rolls for us, and they always do an amazing job with that! The fish is some of the freshest I've ever had in Utah, and everything is...
