The Bingham Creek Regional Park is a large multi-use park located south of Daybreak in South Jordan. The park offers 160 acres of public use/recreation, including multi-purpose fields for football, soccer etc, a playground or jungle gym with nice and interesting equipment for small children, walking/running paths, pavilions, bike trails, disc golf course, restrooms, and parking. Read moreGreat new park. Kids love the playground which has artificial turf instead of wood chips or sand. Slides for both big and very small kids. There is a play area with a tiny slide perfect for toddlers. The bigger kid areas are great with two primary play areas. The rest of the park currently consists of a huge open field of grass (the city/county should plant trees to divide the fields and provide shade in 10 years) and some paved trails and dirt/gravel bike trails. They have a section for under 5 years old, and it was perfect for my 1.5 year old. The play area was on a smaller scale, perfect for her size. They also had numerous baby swings which I feel most playgrounds are lacking. To be honest we mostly stayed in the smaller area, but from what I could see of the bigger area, there was lots to do!
