A few weeks ago I decided to move to mountain view, so I looked up this apartment central park on Wishman and made an appointment. I was there early and wasn't allowed to have a tour. I drove away thinking where to kill three hours before my appt. I zillowed what's nearby and saw Brookside that's nearby. I went there and was greeted immediately and led to see the showroom. The community is absolutely serene with lots trees, pond, pavilion, ducks and squirrel. I instantly fell in love with the surroundings. The buildings are old, built in the 80s hence don't expect to see Avalon tower equivalent cabinets and fixtures. Everything is well maintained. I signed the lease right on the spot. I like the location and the management there. Dianna is absolutely amazing. She's been unbelievably responsive, helpful and super easy to work with. Everything with Brookside since lease sign, move-in to settling has been easy breezy. They also have an app you can download and use on your phone to make payment, communicate with property management and the community, and schedule service request. Within a day you...
Read moreThis public park is a thrilling escape into nature, centered around a rapid flowing river that roars with energy, enthusiastic water some will call it, and excitement, so much of that excitement as you’ll see.
The highlight is a zip line that stretches high above the raging waters, offering a breathtaking ride for adrenaline lovers, but not me, I was sitting in my bathrobe after a long bathe, with bath soaps, so much batheing doth happened.
When I came upon a small child, with bravery coming through his energetic nature, he had doth traversed across the river on a sliding chair some call it, I believe it’s a death wish unfortunately though.
Lush greenery and scenic walking trails surround the river, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure!!
While the zip line adds a daring twist, the park remains clean, well maintained, and safe for families and thrill-seekers alike.

Read moreThis park is very unique from the water feature to the playground architecture. The kids had lots of fun and there was plenty there for them to do. However this isn’t a park for small children. The activities are more suited for older kids. Even then keep an eye on your kids because if they aren’t careful they could injure themselves. But if you trust your older children and they aren’t too wild but need to get out some of their energy, this is a great park choice. Features include: zip line, stream/water feature, large field, staircase leading to a large metal slide, etc. The park also has restrooms and picnic tables. I wish they had some pavilions for shade though. Overall a...
