Subway — Restaurant in South Miami

Hi every one ,I just want to mention that this place is neat,the customer service is pretty good ,but be careful with the manager!Unfortunately ,I can’t mention her name because I do t know it.She is very rude ,not at least a fair customer service .I have two incident with her,first time ,she charge me because the coupon was expired ,it wasn’t true ,a week later when I went back because is convenient for the distance ,an associate apologized with me because the coupon was active !!👀👀Second incident las Saturday on 4/29/2023, I brought another coupon of $17 for three sandwiches ,and when another associate was taking care of my request,the manager interrupted to me and said:I need to tell you something :15 days ago ,the cashier machine di Dt charge you for about $15 dollars “”I asked her :how is that possible and asked me to check my bank account ,I told her how could you remember me for more than $15 days ,please show me a proof of what are you saying..””she was trying to look for q prof ,but nothing ,I apologized with the lady who was preparing my three Sandwiches,and I didn’t take them and left that place !!!!I won’t be back again !!And is the first time and place that somebody treated me like that!!!She should change her manners or left this job!!Very rude and impolite !!! We came in with a coupon and she had to take the coupon. She couldn’t scan it like the other stores she was able to make a delicious sandwich, but the churros I ordered were so hard. It broke my hammer. This was very low quality over my experiences, I’m gonna have to find a different subway, I don’t think they’re cheapness with coupons and that kind of business mentality is exactly what drives...

The service was good and fast, but my eyes were irritating from the moment I walked into the moment I left and all the while that I was eating. I asked them what they had just cut onions and they said yes, in the front, and they have left the fans on. Five fathoms.
