Navarro’s Pizza — Restaurant in South Middleton Township

I want to give this restaurant a better rating, but after my husband and I’s experience I just can’t. I’ll start with this, the food here is very good. The service was abysmal though. I ordered the chicken alfredo and my husband ordered the chicken parmesan sub. My husbands chicken parm sub ended up being given to an older gentleman dining there, and even after the man told the waitress that he had ordered the meatball sub not the chicken parm she assured him that that was in fact the meatball sub. When my husband got his food finally he was given a meatball sub (presumable the other guys order) instead of the chicken parm. I attempted to stop the waitress to let her know there was an issue and instead of hearing us out she dropped his plate on the table and ran to hide in the back. My husband decided to eat the meatball sub, and luckily he enjoyed it, but then when we went to pay the waitress attempted to charge us still for the chicken parm sub which was more expensive. Our service and food were amazing. My husband had the spaghetti with chicken parm and side salad. He couldn't express enough how good it was and flavorful. Chicken was juicy. I had the shrimp scampi over Liguine Pasta and side salad. Shrimp was cooked perfectly! The scampi sauce was very good also. The bread that came with the meals was fresh and came out warm. Our waitress was so very friendly and suggested the shrimp scampi the way she described the meal was in point.

We definitely will be returning to try some of the other options...

The following review was submitted when it was "Anile's. I have not been there since new owners took over. I no longer patronize this place. Owner (Salvatore) is arrogant and insulting. He didn't like the fact that I asked that a portion of my pizza be kept warm since I was the only one eating it. Cook readily agreed, but owner considered it as "complaining".
