Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Windsor

Rude and seem to always run out of donuts. My young son and I were first on line inside the store and waited several minutes to be acknowledged.The staff were enjoying each others' company, which I don't have a problem with and did not initially take personally, however, when a man entered the store and got on line behind me, the MOD, in a different language, took his order. Obviously unknown to them, I also speak that language and understood their entire conversation; which blatantly disregarded my son and me as customers. His order required "cooking" and took some time to prepare. I waited, not that I was exercising patience per se, but out of curiosity as to how far this staff would go to discriminate. As he reached over my shoulder to receive his meal, another associate greeted me to take my order. Rather than placing an order, I asked to speak with the MOD. She denied discriminating against me until she realized I understood her conversation. She became defensive and rude, offering no apology. As convenient as this location often is for us, we will never spend another penny in this store.

Poor service and rude associates. I leave right down the street from this location and been going there for about ten years, I was there this Saturday around 1030am and purchased munchkins and a plan bagel with extra butter, when I got home I noticed that I wasn’t given my munchkins, I tried calling but there was no answer, so I went there yesterday and told them, the girl at the order window told me that there was nothing she can do, I told her that I was going to give them a bad review because I wasn’t happy, she told me to go ahead if I wanted..... I have never felt this disrespected and dehumanized, how can I spend my money at a place and be treated like this.. I went inside to ask for the manager and they told me that they didn’t have a manager and didn’t know her name, I saw a lady in all gray, which I assumed was the manager, but they claim the manager wasn’t around, I think the only reason why they treated me this way was because I am a women of color , this is very sad. I will never go to this place again, Starbucks is right next to them, do yourself a favor and go to them...

Only DD I would go to up until now 12/22. Since last week idk what happened. Every iced coffee I get is foul. They’re not mixing the iced coffee in the container it is dispensed from, before dispensing it. The people that work there don’t even know that it is supposed to be done. Without fail, after receiving a filthy cofffee from them, I go inside to tell them that I’d rather get a new one instead of wasting almost 4 dollars, and instead of realizing what’s wrong, they look at you like YOUR the issue, then proceed to give you another coffee out of the same un-mixed dispenser. Awful customer service. If I could leave no stars I would. I spent over $100 a week there for years....
