Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southbury

I stopped in for a few sandwiches, a hot coffee, and a hot chocolate. Now, the young lady is new and apparently training, which is fine, everyone has to learn. HOWEVER, I don't think it's wise to have one seasoned employee left alone with a trainee! Everything in my order was ok except for my hot chocolate, which was literally, ICE COLD! I am extremely patient, but, the 3 customers behind me weren't too thrilled! I spent many years managing food service/food retail and I kept telling the trainee to relax. She kept apologizing to me and started to feel overwhelmed because the other two customers weren't as understanding. That puts a lot of pressure on her while she's learning and handling hot beverages and working with equipment that can seriously injure her! Keep her around though because she is a sweet young lady, extremely respectful, and once she's fully trained will make an awesome addition to your establishment! From what I've seen of some of the other employee's there at other times, they could really learn how to have a positive attitude...

Unfortunately I keep coming here in hopes that the next time will be better than the last.. it is never better. I often do mobile orders and wait for 15 minutes. Then once I get them, they're never even finished, and they're missing items. I have ordered a dozen donuts more than once, and they don't hand them to me I have to ask where are my donuts?And they say, oh sorry, we didn't have the ones you wanted. And this is after i've already paid. This is not a one time occurrence, it is constantly. And forget the watered down refresher beverages, they always taste better from a different dunkin' donuts. It is close by my house, so I keep coming here. But I think this will...

I frequent this location daily. There has been signs on the door we are closed due to noone available to open. Been days when no cream was available. Also days when registers are updating and can't get service. Come in 20 min before 7pm and the male employee says I can't serve you because we are counting the register. Guess my money is no good. Destiny and Tanisha keep the place rolling along with Serina and Tabitha. Hope the new manager does better than the last one Christina whom was Disrespectful to me on many accounts. In closing the coffee and doughnuts are always good and I still continue to spend money at this...
