I recently visited this KFC for the first time since moving to the area, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience.
I placed an order through the drive-thru, including a kids' meal and a large cup of ice water. To my surprise, the employee informed me that the large cup of water would cost $4.99—which is not only outrageous but also more expensive than a large soft drink ($2.99) listed on their own menu. When I questioned the price, she simply laughed and agreed that it was excessive.
After receiving my order, I realized there were no utensils in the bag. When I entered the store to retrieve them, I was met with a filthy dining area that smelled terrible. The tables looked as though they had been wiped down carelessly, if at all. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was unacceptable.
As for the staff, the woman at the drive-thru displayed poor customer service skills and a dismissive attitude. Her energy was low, and she lacked professionalism. In contrast, the young woman at the front counter who handed me utensils was polite, which was the only redeeming part of my visit.
Given the lack of cleanliness, absurd pricing, and poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to take immediate action to improve both their customer service and the overall cleanliness of this...
Read moreWent in to get a 8 piece bucket and 2 sides. They said it would take 20 minutes which is already bad enough but I’m not the type of person to complain unless it’s really bad. Waited about 40 minutes luckily the manager was siting at the table on his break and took care of the situation and put his workers in check. If the manager never did that god knows how long I’ve what have waited probably like an hour or longer. The manager did a great job he was very professional but the workers there were either discriminating me because of my race or they were just pure lazy. But I noticed other people were getting their food after I already ordered mine. Another thing that happened while I was waiting was the cashier that took care of my order asked if I wanted one of my sides in the meantime while I wait for my chicken I said yes and she still never even came out with it. Last but not least when I got my chicken there wasn’t even a lot of the skin on the chicken which is the best part of the chicken very disappointing and unprofessional I advise nobody to eat there unless they replace the entire staff. Placed my order online and headed with my 3 kids to the restaurant when I received an email saying my order is ready at 7:11pm. I entered the restaurant to pick up my "ready" order and a RUDE employee said she gave my order to someone else by mistake and asked me to leave the place because I'm not allowed to be inside, without even saying sorry. I was super nice and said thank you without complaining about anything and went back to my car and had to wait 50mins for my order. Then she came out and gave me my order and asked me to move forward. I opened the bag and found that 2 chicken sandwiches are missing so i drove back to the restaurant and before saying anything she said we ran out of chicken sandwiches and nothing I can do for you. They knew about it before and didn't even tell me. However another nice employee gave me 3 little sandwiches instead.
