Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Southfield

Hands down the best Baskin-Robbins in the area. Customer service is great because of friendly service with a smile. They're great mainly because they have practically all the flavors except maybe 4 or 5. Which is like 25 26 out of the 31 flavors. They literally have flavors that are seasonal and can't be found at other locations unless its a certain time of year or other locations just aren't consistent in which flavors they decide to carry on a day to day basis.

You can count on this location to have just about all the flavor ALL THE TIME! They have all these flavors year round. That's the main reason I come here. Donuts are freshly made. It's just an overall great spot to go to. Seating is available inside as well. Enough for about 15...

Worst Baskin-Robbins that I have ever patronized. I ordered my son's birthday cake that he specifically wanted, days ahead of the order pick up (enough time). As I was headed out to pick the cake up, I get a call from this location saying they can't fill the order..no exact reason. I am left scrambling to find a cake close to what my son wanted ON his birthday. I was told my refund would come a couple days AFTER the order was to be picked up..it is now almost a month later and I still have NOT received my refund. Called the location, no luck -no one picks up. Called Corporate, was supposed to receive a call from the franchise within 48hrs of that conversation..call never received, money...

To be clear, I love people of all cultures and heritage. I enjoy talking about people's languages and cultures and personally love accents. However, I literally could not understand more than 10% of what was said today in this store. I tried to ask the employees to slow down, indicating I was having a hard time understanding them through their accent. They did not slow in the slightest. I had a few questions and wanted to get a few samples, but was so frustrated I ended up ordering my fallback choice...
