Subway — Restaurant in Southgate

A Friday afternoon not sure who the man and woman are working at 445pm. The guy said not 1 word to me while making my sandwich ok no problem but then he kept leaving 5 times in middle of making food no change of gloves. Still ok ppl have a bad day I've been there...when it was time to ring my order up the man left again ok still no prob but after a few mins bc the girl had some food to ring up ppl that were behind me.. when the guy came back after 5 mins of me standing there just trying to pay the girl was about 2 inches away from his face for a good 30 seconds rudely telling him he needed to ring the ppl behind me up first he said I'm ringing her up she stormed off very unprofessional but maybe the poor guy was having a bad day or new. So I asked for my receipt let out a loud "uggh" what a burden to tear a piece of receipt paper. That girl sure wasn't a team player she was very aggressive I don't even think a course in customer service could help those two I hate leaving bad reviews it was a terrible experience especially considering how expensive food is these days I was so nice still and they said not a word just stormed off no thank you or have a nice day ...Oh and the churro was absolutely awful...

Food was delicious and the staff is pretty nice here, had a great experience. Two things that could be improved: line gets a bit long at times due to its popular location on Fort Street, so it’d be nice to see extra staff that could assist in moving things along quicker. Would also like to see BBQ sauce available as an option, some other Subways in the area have it but this location does not, which is a bit of a let down. Parking lot is small but is a relic of the old Sunbeam Donuts that used to be in this building before Subway moved in. Not exactly Subways fault on this lot’s size. I am disappointed from the start how I was treated the minute I walked in the door. The girl was annoyed at my presence for walking in the door. I ordered my food just to see how unsanitary it was for her to take her gloved hands and grab a receipt and the proceed to clean scattered food from the toppings station from previous customers and throw it away. She then uses those same gloved hands to make my food. I asked for southwest dressing and she was snobby about the new name of the sause. When I was checking out a screen popped up asking for rewards so I informed her I didn't have any to use. She was short and snobby telling me to wait until the next screen to pay shows up.
