I'm not sure what's up with these coupons,but it seems when you use them the employee working at this store acts upset. I walk in coupons in hand and immediately she says let me see your coupons I handed them to her. She tells me you can only have this one or this one I chose one that she offered in foot long she bring out 2 6 inch rolls to make a foot long she aske what I wanted on top I chose spinach Tevin 5 leafs tomato received 3 slices asked for at least another slice picked one up and threw it on sandwich asked for pickles their were 4 olives 5 mayonnaise one squirt in the middle of each side. It seems she was upset about ppl using coupons and was going to make sure they didn't get what a regular paying customer would get a very un happy worker. Picked up an online order for a footlong, and received a 6”. Mistakes happen, but I used my lunch break to go pick it up. I called the store to get a refund of the difference and was hung up on. I called back and was told my only option was to come back. I explained this wasn’t an option as I work 15 mins away and used my lunch break to pick up my order. I was told not to eat the sandwich, and to bring them back the 6” at any time and they’d give me the other half. That’s insane, right? It was the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway store. I walked in at 9:15 pm on July 22, 2024, and asked if the store was closed. Even though the storefront sign stated it was open and online, it closed at 10 pm. I was greeted with a rude response, and she said, "Sure, I will take your order, even though Google is wrong.” She then heated my steak and cheese in the microwave and stated the oven was closed for the night. When I asked for vegetables for my sub, she added 1 or 2 pieces of vegetables, such as cucumber, tomatoes, and peppers.
