We arrived at approximately 5:30pm. The girl at the counter did not greet us or acknowledge that we were even going to order. The manager came up and asked if we were ready to order and I said that we had been ready to order. I thought the girl was taking an order for drive thru because she kept fiddling with the headset. After the manager asked if we were ready to order, she walked away. The cashier still did not make eye contact or acknowledge that we were ready. Finally, I asked if she was ready to take our order. She said yes. I ordered the impossible whopper no pickles no onions combo and a bacon double stacker king combo. I also asked that they both be cut in half. I asked for my military discount which she was unable to figure out. A manager came over and helped with the discount and informed me that only 1 sandwich or combo could get the discount, which I was highly disappointed about. She told me the amount was $18 & some change. I paid. I did not get a receipt and thought maybe I would get it on my tray. I did not. After we waited a long time for the food to be prepped, I took the tray to our table. When I opened the sandwiches to see what was what, I realized that they had not been cut in half. I took the tray back up and had to wait even longer while the cashier continued to stock items instead of asking me if I needed anything. The manager came up to help and I told her what the problem was. I also explained that I had ordered no pickles or onions. I then asked which sandwich was the impossible whopper and she looked at the sandwiches and told me that neither was the impossible whopper. She offered to have them remade. I accepted. As I was waiting, I had to explain to the food prepper no onions as he placed onions on my sandwich. I then asked for a copy of my receipt. The manager had to get it because the cashier didn't know how to do that. When I looked at the receipt, I questioned a to whether or not I was properly charged. I was not. She refunded my original debit card charge and re-rung up the order. The new total came to $16.52 after military discount and tax. A total of nearly $2!! I was extremely upset and I will not be returning to this location for a long time if I can help it. 17 minutes to order and get the correct order and charge to my debit card!!...
Read moreThe only reason I give this place one star is because I can't give it 0. I stopped by here on my way home from work this morning to get my husband and I some breakfast to go. I drive up to the intercom and some guy tells me to hold on a minute. I wait. I waited for several minutes before I said hello? He comes back and tells me "I TOLD you to wait a minute!". I couldn't believe how rude and aggressive he was to me. I said to him that I did wait a minute and, in fact, had been waiting several minutes. He told me if I was going to be rude that I could just drive off. He didn't need to tell me twice. I will never stop there again and if I was anyone else reads this I wouldn't either. I have never been talked to like that when placing any order. Unbelievable! Franchise owner should take note. It seems there are some serious problems at this location. The 5 star reviews are probably from employees...
Read moreMe and my coworker went to the Burger King in Southside for lunch today. There was one truck in front of us at the drive thru. When we pulled up to the order box, I told the woman we had two orders. She responded" I would prefer if you didn't, just order it all together". I was paying with cash and my coworker was paying with a credit card. I asked her if she would rather us just go through the drive thru twice. She said " OMG are you serious". I said " I tell you what thats fine, we just won't get any food here". And then we left and went across the street to McDonald's. They was more than happy to accommodate us in placing two orders. This attitude is ridiculous. Ordering two separate orders at the drive thru is not a harder task than taking orders for two separate cars back to back. I guess you can't have it your way at this Burger...
