do not waste your time and money on over cook poor quality meat....venezuelan Cuisine? no thank you...it's funny how a lot of these plates are not even venezuelan ...I like Authenticity , I didn't even tell the people who send me because I didn't want them to feel bad , but to eat under 90,95 degrees ? In the middle of nowhere ? A bunch of copy cat plates , cooked to death ? Nope, reviews don't tell the story , 95% I assure you are from Venezuelans ...I lived in Venezuela , I know Venezuela has no own cuisine. 2/27/2025. Venezuelans are in denial with their " cuisine " that's not even known in south america ,less here in the USA where we have so many great authentic cuisines ...cooking someone s else countries food doesn't make it " your cuisine " btw sir,I'm a food ,restaurant connoisseur. .and in south America there are very very few good cuisines , Peruvian ,Argentinian and Brasilian ...Colombia has decent food the rest ? Are all cheap , tasteless food ,Bland, insipid, flat , flavorless , unpalarable...update 8/2025 still the same ,maybe worst ! Now im done with these mediocre south...

My daughter told me to go with her. We went There. They said they have carne en vara, cachapas, sancocho de res, cochino frito. I have To be honest. Because l don't want you to be foold like us! First we ask for papelon con limón or piloncillo with lemon. First strike. It was bottled. Them we order cachapas con queso. Sancocho de res; cochino frito y carne en vara. Well.... Carne en vara no where to see it. They bring one plate with meat in pieces that previously was boiled, because you can taste it. They them put on the grill and ready. The fry pork it was so hard that you can't make a bite of. The only good was the soup but.... they put chicken inside o sea in Spanish cruzado... People if you're selling carne en vara you have to show it. I'm from the Llano apureño and l know how taste carne en vara is. You're deceiving people. Others look ok but maybe lm expecting to much. Don't offer something you don't have! Two drinks papelon...

Highly rated, however, VERY disappointing! 3 orders and spent $100; I ordered the Picanha cooked medium, and it came back well done.. it was very tough and chewy! All of the orders included French Fries... they gave us old and cold fries... for a $100 order... what's strange is that the new fries didn't even look like the original ones. The chicken was okay, but still a bit dry, the fried Yuka and ribs were better. Regarding the price, $100 is way too much for a food truck in the back woods of Southwest Ranches with no A/C, picnic benches, and NO BATHROOMS (how is that even possible)?! Also, there was no sign from the main road, so we drove by and had to turn around. Additionally, the flies made it impossible to eat there comfortably. We had to eat in the comfort of our air-conditioned car! The server was really nice and apologetic, but ultimately, a bad taste was left in our collective mouths. Oh, also...$3 for a soda?...

Great place to go to for the weekend with the family. The live music was great for the mood of the place and the meat was some of the best I’ve had: period. There was flies which were damn annoying but there’s isn’t much you can do about that but the little fan they put on the tables definitely help. Service was kinda slow and felt rushed, but if youre here to spend a good time with your folks that shouldn’t bother you too much. But most definitely be prepared to spend quite some money here. It’s on the pricier side and the portions are good but comparatively small for the price. I’d still say it’s worth but it’s not somewhere you should go to every weekend, every month or so should be fine.
