This was my first time visiting the Brick Haus & this place is a hidden gem in a small town! The building is aesthetically pleasing, they sell cute merch and the food and service was awesome! We started off with an appetizer of brussel sprouts with bacon and it was out of this world! I then ordered the Chicago style French dip and because I'm from Chicago I'm very picky about this sandwich and they nailed it! They melted provolone cheese over a toasted Nantucket brioche bun filled with slow roasted beef & giardiniera & served with au jus & crinkle cut sweet potato fries. I washed this down with one of their craft beers the Big Mason (IPA) what a great night! We will be returning to check out other items in the menus & their beer! If you haven't checked out the Brick Haus in Sparta I highly recommend you do!

We went here to celebrate my sister's birthday. I came in about 30 minutes before the party was to start because they looked so busy, but the manager got us a table for 10 within 5 minutes, so awesome! Very nice setting, relaxing and good vibes. Our waiter had a really rough time keeping track of our orders, our drinks etc... and because the drink order got so messed up every one of us was cut off alcohol by 9:30pm, by the manager and it ultimately ruined our night.. It was my sisters bday, she should have been able to drink more for sure. We understand their side but on our side it sucked. We weren't being too loud or roudy, just having fun like a group of 10 gals does. I may return, I may not. But the food was delicious and it was the best Hawaiian pizza I have ever had!

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and typically had positive experiences. The food is pretty good, specifically their salads. However, I’ve had some hits and some misses when it comes to service. Some of the wait staff I’ve had are super attentive and friendly and others come off as extremely cold and irritated. Specifically tonight- I went up to the bar to try and cash out my tab for one beer, from an event in the other room- (the event was a few hours long and we had a huge group, I hadn’t seen my waitress in a while so figured maybe she had been sent home for the night, which is why I figured l’d cash out at the bar )..and the bartender (male with strawberry blonde hair) was extremely irritated, rude and condescending. Not sure why he had such an attitude about a basic question, considering he wasn’t even busy. Most restaurants I’ve been to use a computer system that has my name under the tab so I can give my name and cash out, apparently not this one and he was very unnecessarily rude about it. So much so, that I felt the need to write this review. Bartending is a customer service job so I feel at the very least it’s important to be pleasant with the customers.— I also went in about a month ago and got one of the specials which was a pizza sub and the waitress swiped my card before I realized it rang up as $17 instead of what was advertised as the price for the “specials” (which if I remember correctly was listed as $12.) At that point, my card was already charged so I just left it, but it was a little off putting that the computer systems weren’t updated to the advertised price automatically when the food was rang in. Overall, I’m glad we have this as an option in Sparta and hopeful they can get some consistently upbeat & friendly staff in there to help keep this...

Went on a Wednesday night cause we had a gift card. The service was honestly just horrible...didn't even get a chance to ask what was on tap and had to scan a QR code. The server seemed annoyed we sat in her section. Was just very short and rude. The water I got tasted like pool water. I don't understand how living in sprata my water tastes normal. The ranch they served was bland and watery ,overall just Gross. The theme of lack of taste didn't stop at the ranch. The cole slaw made my girlfriend throw up so I guess it had a flavor so something did. The ribeye steak had a slab of butter on top. I'm not joking it was a massive slab of butter that wasn't melted cause the steak was luke warm. Even with the butter it was just bland and fatty. The fries are good but the shrimp was just not worth getting. Overall I won't go back. We asked for boxes so we could take the steak home and add some flavor to it. Just go to a store and cook your own food. This place is just over priced and honestly just bad. We didn't waste time asking for a manager we just...

Very disappointed. There was not enough room in the bar so our table got sat alone in their rental room that had to be approved by the manager which was surprising considering it's a bar on st Patrick's day. Server was inattentive and less than pleased to be serving us. Someone in my party who does NOT drink specifically asked for theri caffeinated options and was offered beer?! Then sprite. Appetizers have been changed but the menu has not apparently and the kitchen manager was more worried about defending themselves than serving different food than what the menu stated. The women's restroom was disgusting and there was ketchup all over the stall and handles. For what they offer it does not cater to this small town comfort vibe we were hoping for and everything seems overpriced. Have not been since this was Celler Brewing and only came due to a handful of friends saying they improved on what once was and unfortunately they have only gone deeper into the mistakes the resteraunt was making back in 2018. Will not be...
