Bubbakoo’s Burritos - A Testament to Customer Loyalty

Normally, when someone receives the wrong food once, it’s forgiven. If it happens twice—especially close to the last mistake—then there’s a problem. However, Bubbakoo’s Burritos has gotten my order wrong more than twice, yet I find myself continuously going back. I believe it’s only fair to give an honest review of a restaurant that can make mistakes and still retain loyal customers.

Why does this happen? It’s not about the mistakes themselves or how many times they occur; it’s about how a restaurant addresses those mistakes. Bubbakoo’s consistently acknowledges their errors and strives to make things right. I believe customers can sense when a company is genuinely trying, and I certainly can.

I should mention that if you walk into Bubbakoo’s and order at the counter, any mistakes would be on you since you’re watching the process unfold. Most issues arise during takeout. However, the manager at the Sparta location has always reached out to me after an error. He consistently offers coupons or even free replacements to ensure my satisfaction. His effort to remember our names and how often we order speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.

Moreover, Bubbakoo’s is one of the few takeout places where health-conscious individuals can dine without feeling guilty. They offer fresh meats, rice, corn, salsa, cilantro, and a variety of vegetables, allowing you to enjoy a fulfilling meal that feels healthy afterward.

We decided to try something new driving to town and ate here. The servers are very kind at least the male server was. You get there and there are so many options on the board and what to order from with very unique mixes etc. My kids liked the three Taco combo and the kids meal of chicken tenders. I got the Philly cheesesteak which was nice and abundance of thickness and a good amount of meat and rice however I had a hard time and did not finish it because some type of spice was applied to the meat that was not salt that ruined the whole taste for me. The churros were great and they were not overcooked and the right softness. I would try here again but I'm not sure if they have their meat preseasoned or if they added it while cooking. My daughter said the barbecue sauce with the chicken tenders for a bit spicy as well so maybe this place goes for more spiciness appeal. Overall the restaurant was clean, there was room for seating, and they had a normal machine of unhealthy drinks to drink. Not my go to if want a healthy meal. For 3 meals, 1 being kids meal and 1 dessert it was $44 and that did not include drinks for 2...

I would give them 1.5 stars, only because there staff is friendly, but very incompetent. My wife and I ordered online for pick up. We were told 20 min for our order to be ready. Not the case after 30 min they were just starting to "work on it" while I stood there. There was only one other customer in the store. Anyhow, I got my food, drove 20 min home and found out they forgot to put chicken in my wife's "Shredded Chicken Taco Salad". We double checked our online order. We ordered, and paid for it, just never got it. I called the store, no answer. I am not driving for 40 min both ways to bring it back, not worth my time or gas money.
