I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's Subs in Sparta, NJ, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to serve. The staff's friendliness truly set the tone for the entire visit.

What impressed me the most was the evident expertise of the staff. The service is very friendly and fast and the food is good . . . when they get the order right, which unfortunately is only about half the time. I would prefer slower, more accurate service. We always order take-out and it's really disappointing to get home and find out that they messed up the order again. After numerous mistakes, we probably won't be ordering often.

Update 12/20/2019: Ordered online for pickup a few more times figuring maybe they would work the kinks out. Ordered a # 9 tonight, which is supposed to come with mayonnaise and bacon. No mayonnaise, no bacon, but it did have vinegar, which we had deselected on the online order. Last time they messed up our pickup order I called and they promised to send us some coupons for free subs, which we never received. This time when I tried to call the store, they never even picked up the...

I order from the Sparta location pretty regularly and the sandwiches are good overall, however I can't give a proper rating based on taste because they almost NEVER get the order right. I traditionally order through the app, and I always include specific directions because while I enjoy oil and vinegar on my sandwiches I don't enjoy soggy bread. Each time I request oil and vinegar on the side via explicitly clear written instruction, it either is completely omitted or the sandwich is saturated. I understand special instructions may be obnoxious, but there are many constraints within the app. For this reason I can only give two stars as following basic instructions should not be a difficult task.
