Read moreThis Starbucks is hit or miss. Sometimes I roll up to the Drive Thru and it’s great but other times, like today, it was awful. I ordered a Grande Caramel Ribbon Crunch this afternoon at the drive thru. Like usual I was given my total and instructed to go to next window. I arrive at next window (I had about 4-5 cars in front of me) and the girl takes my money, then returns with a drink that DEF wasn’t mine. This drink was 50x larger than what I ordered and DEF not the caramel ribbon crunch. I said it wasn’t my drink. She just stares at me and then accuses me of not ordering at drive thru. Did she think I just skipped the ordering part and just rolled up to next window?! Then another woman comes to window and asks what I ordered. I tell her again. She then tries to charge me again! I already paid for a drink that wasn’t mine, that was more money anyway so NO you’re not getting anymore money. Enough already. After a few minutes of back and forth I finally got my drink. That I ordered. And that I paid extra for too. Driving home I thought maybe it happened because it was busy. I don’t know. All I know is it was a bit ridiculous and overwhelming and it shouldn’t have been. Not for a simple Grande Caramel...
Read moreWe have given this location three chances no improvement. The wait time is too long, and then when you get to the window the order is not made correctly. We had two cars ahead of us and the wait took ten minutes minimum. When we went to pick up our standard drink, literally a small and medium iced peach green tea lemonade (on the menu no changes from the menu) they weren’t made right. We went to hand it back to them as we only have two cup holders and they refused to take it back, then they realized they “forgot the peach” and offered to give it to us to mix it ourselves. I am not paying 7 dollars to mix my own drinks. They finally took the drinks back and handed us gift cards when we wanted a refund. Then they put peach back in the same drinks and handed it to us instead of making new...
