Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Splendora

Hit and miss for service.. and do not even try to order by phone....

Part of my order was dropped on the floor in front of me .. I did not get mad ect but she said it would take 7 minutes ( it took more than 30 ) and I had to remind them about the wings. The manager recognized me and said I had not been there in a while. I told her after the last experience there we have been going to Domino's Pizza// She said they would try and do better in the future. When I finally got the food and I asked for a small pizza sauce.. I was told it was .60 cents.. // so I just spent approximately 45$ and I can not get some sauce // It was not the charge as much as the attitude of the employee// so I said fine keep it all and I will go to Domino's and I began to walk out so she said no charge.. I asked for the Manager and told her what happened... Mistakes happen but the way you deal with them is an important part.. POOR POOR customer service. I will add she said I would get credit for 10$ for the pizza dropping.. 10 dollars will not make or break me... I do not want a discount or even free pizza. I want what we ordered and paid for and to be treated with a little respect as a customer. Postscript: The only reason I returned to ' this ' Pizza Hut is because my wife wanted wings from Pizza Hut. The pizza 🍕 is good but I ordered about a hour ago and the driver forgot the pizza she only brought the wings she had to go back so I said ok . I used to love 🍕 Pizza Hut, but I'm switching to another chain because I'm tired of the screwed up orders and horrible customer service. Tonight, something went wrong online, and my wings that were going to be free with my rewards weren't even on the order. When I arrived at the store, employee’s were standing around and not attending to customers.
