Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

Service sucks. The big girl page is rude. She has a “get your coffee and get out attitude”. Half the baristas are rude and half are very nice. It’s nail biting cringe to never know if we are getting a friendly barista or someone with a bad attitude. Page has by far been the worst….. very impatient. I buy drinks for myself, my office and family, and it seems every other time something is wrong with a drink. When standing at the walk up window to order drinks, not impressed with the overall sanitization of cups, mixing spoons or blenders. They are all half fast rinsed and spoons not put in sanitizer water, just thrown on coffee machine??? Yuck!! The mats the dishes sit on looked disgusting!! That’s enough for me to go elsewhere. Gave this place a few tries, not impressed in the slightest, especially for the high price tag for an over-iced drink. Will go down the street to Cozy coffee and...

This place has become my go to for my caffeine fix! So much that I take my doggos here for coffee and a car wash every Friday.

The drinks are consistently awesome and the Bro-istas as they call them are friendly. If six stars was an option, I choose that 😜
