For the sake of all woman trying to apply for this Coffee Stand. Save your time and apply somewhere else. Out of all coffee stands, they have the HIGHEST employee drop rate. Reasoning for... Owner is a very dirty person, hates when people use the word creeper to describe him Hm... wonder why.. Owner will NOT give you a chance to improve yourself. Owner will also make you feel like your nothing but a grain of salt. Your Values do not matter to him as well as your opinions. He is the ruddiest Owner Ive ever come across. I honestly feel horrible for all the girls he has hired and fired within the 5 years he's been open.. Im also shocked they have been opened for that long.. I will also say that the food you all have been eating has been touched with girls who rarely wash there hands and that dont wear gloves. They also like to keep milk out for more then 2 hours. Same with reheating the milk. Its a serious health code when you reheat milk after it has dropped passed 110 degrees. Im disgusted with how this company is ran. Owner loves to feed off of drama! So if your into that kind of work.. Go ahead and apply. Be my guest. But watch out.. You'll most likely be ridiculed by the girls that ALL have a horrible nasty attitude. Read moreI’ve got to say, I love this place! I don’t write reviews often, but my experience today warranted one. We’re in town visiting family and had a great experience at the store! The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our requests and I’m super high maintenance. I had lovely tea we don’t have on the East Coast. My husband had some fancy coffee that was beautifully prepared and we split two pastries. YUM! As someone who does not live in the area, it was apparent that the owner and staff wanted to create an excellent experience for their customers. It sounds like they are working on some great ideas to improve the customer experience, which is super hard for a small business owner during a pandemic. Just staying open to serve the community says they care. Remember to give your local businesses love, support and grace during a crazy time in the world. Everyone is doing the best they can! We can’t wait to come back to the shop and grab another sip and snack when we’re in the area! Here’s to an excellent 2021 for the whole Cozy...
Read moreSo over the service! I have never been to such an unfriendly stand. The stand itself is very cute and convenient to where I live. So I tend to swing by early mornings. The girls look miserable and can barely crack a smile. I tried to be friendly and say good morning and all they do is give me a blank stare and ask "what would you like? " they also don't listen to what you have to say. Half the time they make a hot when I've asked for a cold or vice versa.
We've had family in town swing by that coffee stand and later mention how rude the barista's were...
Today was the last straw. So rude and made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience pulling up to her window. They also made my drink wrong ( they made hot instead of ice. I was in a rush and didn't have time to say anything) I would much rather go a block away and spend my money at a coffee stand where they are kind, can get your drink right and have way better customer...
