I wanted to try Lalozy for years. When I finally did, I was so disappointed and upset. I have gotten food here now 2 times and both times where so bad, I have no plans to go back. The first time, my sister wanted peanut thai noodles and asked for a mild peanut sauce. When we got the food it had no flavor at all so we just chaulked it up to, they thought we wanted our who order mild. The 2nd time only got worse. Was bout 5pm. I made an order by phone from the parking lot at the bar next door. Was told it would be 25 mins. Waited in the same spot and didnt see anyone going there so not busy from when I observed. I was only ordering for myself and it came to $30. Gasp! Well...$28 and I gave a $2 tip. Just a fried rice, chow main, egg roll combo. Some crab ragoon's (5 of them I believe) and I also ordered a honeydew bubble tea. I asked for some sweet n sour for the Ragoon's. The gentleman was very nice but when I got home : ( Im not sure why I was to wait 25 mins because nothing except for the bubble tea was fresh made from when I could tell. I dont see anyway possible that the crab ragoon's were made that day or atleast in the last 12 hours. The sweet n sour I asked for was a cayanne pepper water mixture with a little of a peppery taste and a red tint to it. The ragoon's were cold, super hard along with the crab mixture inside cold. Cold inside no problem if warm outside but no and the old grease taste from soaking in all the fry grease in the however many hours they had been sitting was just terrible. The fried rice, chow main, egg roll combo was garbage. No flavor at all and food temp was anything but hot or even warm. My drive from there to home was less then 10 mins. I didnt even eat it all. It was not good enough to want to keep eating. $30?? I dont have money like that. 5 or more months passed between both visits whitch tells me that this quality is the regular norm. I cant take the chance of eating there again. The bubble tea was great and fresh but was most expensive around so far for me. 24oz $7.50. SORRY to leave this review but I am really...

I went here a couple months ago pulled up no problem and ordered my food and I pulled up and waited no problem. Super friendly and great service then. Iām honestly really...

Keep in mind they are a family running a business and everything is made to order fresh . Call ahead just like they advertise! This is not fast food this is good food made for you by a hard working family. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki and egg rolls . The bubble tea is the best that you will ever have ! Try the honeydew, it was just like I had living in Japan . Reading the negative reviews I can see that people did not pay attention to the menu . They specifically ask for you to call ahead . We were told our order would take 45 minutes. Remember that this family is taking the time to cook fresh from scratch for you . If you want delicious food and to support a family...
