Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Spokane

Good solid Duch Bros. Getting in and out is a pain but since the line moves fast it is manageable.

My only complaint is that the staff is overwhelmingly young women (Not very diverse compared to other Dutch Bros. But all the staff are competent so there is nothing wrong with young women...maybe it is just the not so great feeling that a manager is maybe hiring only one type of employee/only friends.) However, when it comes to the music this is when the employee choice becomes apparent. First off, the music is way to loud! It makes it impossible to hear my own radio station, the baristas and I have to yell to place an order, and it wakes my baby up. Not cool. They can totally play music in in the stand and dance around...I love that about Dutch Bros. But they have the music up way too loud. Lastly, and I think this is because they are all young girls, they only play music a 20 something girl would listen to. Which once again I don't really mind. But when I go to other Dutch Bros. they have a wide variety of music instead of only one genre. I enjoy getting coffee at Dutch Bros. stands that have more diversity. Much more laid back than this girly girl location. (But don't take that personally girls at this Dutch Bros...I am a girl and girls rock. The last 3 visits have been awful. The person taking our orders in line were great. The person making our drinks awful. All 3 visits we watched as our drinks sat there while she made other orders. Our 2nd visit in March I made a comment to her that I would like my drinks before she starts on another order it and she had attitude with me about it. Today was the worst sat for 5 min watching our drinks while she made others. Then when she handed them to me I asked if we had extra boba in them and she said you didn't order it and I will have to re ring and charge you with attitude again. I said that's fine but I did order it. My son confirmed this with her. She than went to ring it in and was like oh you did. Both my kids said we should never come back to this location. I agree I have tried 3 times and AWFUL services. It's sad because I never had this experience with Dutch...

My boyfriend and I rolled through this location this morning and had a wonderful experience! We don't usually order coffee from shops often and I have a very picky taste pallet so this can caue me to struggle sometimes and also get nervous. The girl Mkayla or Mkenna (I'm sorry if I got it wrong) was AMAZINGLY nice and patient with me. She had wonderful suggestions and pivoted with all of my weird curveball preferences and I ended up super satisified with my drink. Oh and the free brtihday drink was ANY SIZE ANY DRINK NO COST RESTRICTION! (I really wasn't expecting that because now days everything is WITH purchase!) Thank you again!
