Friendly barrista, best latte I've had. Whole milk perfect proportions, smooth and a little buttery with a lingering aftertaste of unsugared cream. Not to sweet or bitter. Just right. We ordered a few drinks, the wait wasn't very long, the barista was so sweet☺️. Everything tasted great, I really like this coffee shop, I love the interior design the most tho, the aesthetic was great and the music was so well fit to it as well. Not expensive either, I ordered a vanilla flavored matcha tea, and the matcha was definitely not too strong, and had a great vanilla flavor. We are new to town and ended up at New Love after seeing it on Spokane Playground's Instagram page. After going there once, we went back 2 more times in the same week! Bri at the Francis location makes the BEST eggnog lattes! She is also incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming which makes coming back over and over super easy.
