Love this establishment but the biggest fault is the either attention to detail or the quality control. I constantly order from here multiple times a week, and I always have hopes that changes would happen out of thin air, but alas.

The driving problem is the inconsistency in the orders I create. I order the same drink each time, along with the same pastry 75% of the time. My drink is constantly wrong, either it’s not the milk I’ve selected, no whip cream (that I’ve paid extra for), the drink tastes like a completely different menu item, or there’s no pastry with my order. Luckily my partner and I are confrontational (not rude) so we don’t typically have a problem interjecting, or speaking up to get the matter taken care of. The driving factor for this particular review is convenience: the order ahead system is somewhat great, minus the way the logo blocks out 80% of the screen when ordering, but the true problems arise when I come by to pick up my order. It’s never correct and really defeats the purpose of order ahead. I never feel confident anymore to order before work or on a time crunch.

I love this establishment, the atmosphere, and even the products you serve. I just wish that I didn’t have to write such a negative review, but my hopes are that changes are brought to the table. I wouldn’t mind altering my review in the future either, I am a...

I hate to do this, but I don’t know what happened to this place. We started going here regularly many months ago but it’s been a mess the last few weeks. Drinks made wrong, items forgotten from our order, and the fact that we order online so we’re tipping ahead of time just adds insult to injury. It’s like regardless what you put in your order, they just do whatever they want. Extra ice? Maybe, maybe not. Extra sweet? Maybe, maybe not. At this point I wonder if we’re even getting the milk options we choose. It’s wild because everything had been outstanding and all of a sudden things fell off. They refunded my drink and my daughters this morning, both of which weren’t made correctly, and gave us vouchers for free future drinks. Very kind. I just wish they’d get it together in terms of consistency and quality control.

Updating this. As much as we’ve tried, there continues to be issues with my coffee nearly every single time we go. This morning they were out of sugar-free caramel syrup but instead of telling me that, they just put salted caramel drizzle in instead. They re-made it for me with just hazelnut but ignore the extra sweet that I originally ordered. I’m over it. We’re done...
