Purchased a sectional on May 29, 2020. They told me i will get them deliver between a week, they never came so I called them to be told that it would take another 2 to 3 weeks to get them because they did not had them in stock. 3 WEEKS went by and again nothing not even a phone call from them. I called them and this time they said that it would take another 2 to 3 weeks because they have to order them from another country. A week or so went by i called them and they said that i have to wait because they order their ítems from Vietnam, they did not know what was happening or how long it would take they kept saying to wait another 3 weeks to a month. I end up changing the sectional because i did not want to keep waiting for a sofá that was suposedly being MADE in Vietnam and who knows how much longer it will take. The girl that i was talking to on the phone was rude! (I asked to know the status of my sofa, she gave me some excuse and i asked her to please find out, that i will wait... I'm guessing that she did not want to get up and do her job because i heard when she was talking badly about me in Spanish... When she came back to the phone i asked her about it and she blame her lack of profecionalism on me saying that i had an atitude) She gave me a date for when i was going to get my newly chosen sectional. The day came and again NOTHING! I called to ask and a guy name Dave told me that i wasn't on the delivery list for that day but that i may be in another list that THEY did not had access to, that if by the end of the day i did not get them i could call on Monday and ask to speak to the manager Cole, that he was going to be there from 11am till closing time. On Monday i call and the lady said that Cole was not in, that he was in the Baltimore store. I talked with someone else that she put on the phone to get my info and he said that Cole was there but he was in a meeting. During that they they kept telling me that they will find out what was going on only to have them call me back to ask how did i paid, etc etc. At one point that had me on hold like for 40 minutes. I FINALLY got my sectional on the beginning of August (after pleading to them, almost crying) When they arrived the delivery guys showed on my door without notice (i was told since the very first day that they were going to call me an hour before to make sure i was in the house) I needed to make sure that the sectional arrived ok and that nothing was missing because yeah, i had to put the sectional together.... It came on big boxes.
Now, today Sep 13, 2020 I'm still waiting for the cubile book shelf with the $50 dollar store credit for all the bull.... I went thru with this store.
Lesson learn, there were times that i thought that i was going to stop by the store just to find it empty.... They do not give money back....

Was told that they would be in on 11/29/22. Never received a call on 11/29/22 from the store saying our furniture was in, so I called them only to be told that our furniture was NEVER ORDERED!! I was of course upset. They gave me a new delivery date of 12/6/22. Well, 12/6/22 rolled around & again no call from the store saying our furniture was in. So, this time I made my husband call them & he said, the lady he spoke to on the phone told him, once again our furniture wasn't there & that this time the manager was supposed to have ordered it but she apparently didn't. My husband told the lady on the phone that we're getting tired of the run around & that they have one more chance to get us our night stands & then we will demand a refund. The lady was like whatever & gave him a new date of 12/8/22. So, it's 12/8/22 & surprisingly, I didn't get a call from the store yet saying that our furniture was there. I call into the store at 2:00pm & ask where our furniture is and I'm told that they have one of our night stands there, & the other one is on its way. So I say, "Ok that's fine, but it will be here tonight right??" She said "yes, it will be here later tonight." I said, "what time are you considering later tonight?" She said she couldn't give me an exact time. So, I told her that I would call back into the store later. 6:00pm, I call back into the store & the same lady answered the phone. I asked if the other night stand was there yet & she said "no, not yet," but that it was on its way. I said "you guys are only open for 2 more hours!" She said "it will be here before we close." Read moreI had a great experience the first time I came to this establishment looking for a new bedroom set but after my delivery on Saturday, I will no longer come to this establishment for any form of service. When my furniture was delivered, the delivery guys stated that my bedroom dresser was damaged. Due to them being a third party company which I just found out today by the manager of the store, they did not have the information on how I needed to go about correcting my issue. I called the store and spoke to Natalie who is a manager. I explain to her the issue. She starts by saying that I could keep the dresser and receive $75 off. I was like no ma'am I will not be ok with that especially since this furniture set is over $1600. Then she states that I can personally come pick up the store model. I told her no to that as well because what was the point of spending $130 in delivery fees to have to pick up my own furniture. That is crazy within itself. After that she states that she will try to get a replacement for me and that I will be speaking to her. I told her that was fine. Today (7/14/20) I checked my email and they have stated to the company that I have my loan with that I have received my furniture and I am still without my dresser. So now I have to pay a lease for a set that isn't complete. I called up to the store and they kept trying to wade over the real issue and not try to correct it. They have shown bad customer service, they are not caring of their customers, they try to neglect what you are staying by offering $50 and $75 off credits for furniture that costs hundreds to thousands of dollars. Not that it matters but they have lost a customer and I wanted to use them for further furniture needs but after this weekend and today, I will not use a company that does not take pride in themselves or how they treat...
