Pork with garlic sauce is traditionally shredded pork with tree ears and slivers of crunchy vegetables (celery, celtuce, bamboo shoots, and/or water chestnuts) in a simple brown sauce with rice wine, vinegar and soy sauce and garlic, of course. Great Dragon's menu does not describe dishes but their pork with garlic sauce was not at all the traditional version. Gross. The eggrolls were just so greasy it was impossible to eat the outside because all you could taste was stale grease. The wonton soup was not good either. Either made and stored for weeks or was made with spoiled meat because it even smelled bad as soon as we cut into the wontons. COULD NOT EAT IT AT ALL. Shrimp fried rice was also VERY greasy.
