Dunkin' — Restaurant in Spring Hill

Me and my fiancé went through the drive-through this afternoon. We waited at the speaker for 20 minutes, they said they needed a second, we didn’t mind, we both have worked in customer service before we know things happen, however, then a few cars drove around us, and one of which placed their order at the window.. So then we finally got to the window and I said “we have been waiting for 20 minutes. You guys should’ve sent them around to wait their turn” And the cashiers (Amy’s) response to me was “ThE cAr tHaT AlReAdY lEft” already being rude And I stated yes, and she goes “well. There’s nothing I can do about it now.” Still rude.. And slammed the window door in our faces. She then opened the window gave us our payment dropped one of our straws looked at it and didn’t give us a new straw and then slammed the window again. I then called to ask for a manager and they said nobody in charge was there, we will not be returning, definitely go to the Dunkin next to locomo, they people there are...

Came here on 9/30 at 10:05 pm and ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants and a refresher, the refresher was great, but the FIRST batch of croissants were totally cold in the center, came back through drive thru and they remade them just for them to both be solid burnt and have no cheese. Called and asked to speak to a manager and there’s not even one on shift. As someone who works in the industry, to whomever owns and runs this place, if you want any sort of service moving forward.. I suggest we at least do the bare minimum of having a manager in at all times and reconsidering our staff, this job is not rocket science. never once have i been to any other dunkin in this area and had this experience. this isn’t my first bad experience...

Been here a hand full of time since they open and at first had a good experience but recently it’s been bad, typically i order online for pickup in store and when i get there half the time just for my drink “to not be ready” so i wait 5-10 min just for it to be sitting on the drive thru lane waiting the entire time and then i have to be the one to ask someone is that my drink when its been ready the entire time… then ive gotten bacon topped avocado toast and it doesn’t come with bacon and today i went and got a cream cheese bagel just for the cream cheese to but literally ice frozen in the middle… for it to be a BRAND NEW Dunkin obviously whoever is running it or owns it does not care about their...
