Dunkin' — Restaurant in Spring Lake Heights

Went on a Thursday afternoon and was greeted by an italian looking man, he looked like a familiar fellow that was from a television show, but damn.. i just can't put my finger on which show that man reminded me of.

He looked like a typical tough guy but was a very kind a friendly gentleman, which you could sense through his tone which gets him a 10/10. With customers barking their orders without hesitation, he picked it up with no devastation. Very fast and efficient he got every order right at pretty much every different station with great might.

It was a one man show, but it was clear that didn't need more as the food came out better than before.

I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts, because it was definitely one of my better moments.

Went here a lot for the last year and a half. I dealt with the rude owner and the mediocre food due to the proximity to where I live. Until about 3 months ago. I placed an order for pickup and got there a little early, and I was very glad I did. I saw the owner, with his mask around his chin, pull my food out of the oven and with his mouth and nose completely uncovered cough all over my food. And I get it, things happen. But then he proceeded to bag it up like nothing happened. I had to ask him to remake it for me as I saw him cough all over it, during a pandemic. They remade it but I will never go there again. I drive to a cleaner, friendlier Dunkin' where they actually know how to wear their masks and make the food properly. It still grosses me out. WOW! I was excited for new Dunkin in the area but my god, where do I even begin. I’ll start with the management. Words I would use to describe: RUDE, DISAPPOINTING, DISRESPECTFUL. I genuinely wish I had something nice to say. The way I saw the staff being treated here was astonishing, especially in front of the customers! Also an employee overdosed and the other employees were instructed to clean up! I just feel there should have been a proper clean up not endangering the employees and customers! Very very...
