Hot Dog House — Restaurant in Spring Township

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Hotdog House, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. The moment I stepped in, I noticed the place was far from clean. The tables were sticky, and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days and the workers were very mean to me and my daughter.

The biggest concern, however, was the food itself. When my meal arrived, I was horrified to find a fly in my hotdog. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was also a hair nestled in the bun. This level of negligence in food preparation is unacceptable and raises serious health concerns.

I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to Hotdog House to think twice. The hygiene standards are abysmal, and the risk of encountering unsanitary conditions is too high. Save yourself the trouble and find a cleaner, more reputable...

This place is amazing. Let me start off by saying that, and preface further by saying I'm here nearly daily.

The people that run this place, Eric, Jeff and Sheila, are some of the most genuine individuals you will find in Bellefonte. They have come through for people time and time again and would give you the shirts off of their backs without even knowing you.

There have been times I was broke and came in and they were more than happy to help me, no questions asked. We've bonded over our shared situations and they've been grateful to have me, even when I'm not able to do my part as a customer right then, or if I can't tip fully.

Food was good. Portion size was smaller than expected but food tasted fresh and buns were soft. Service was excellent, correct order, fast, and friendly. Atomosphere was somewhat bland but it is a hot dog diner so a theme would have been cool. Nice counter and it was clean. I would go back!
