Our group of 6 visited on a Friday evening. This was my first visit, as it was a recommendation from a friend. The Food: we ordered an extra large pizza (it's only $16 after 7pm), a large salad, 2 meat loaf meals (one couple shared this meal because it's so large!), fish and fries, and a loaded pretzel. I would say that the pizza (for the price point was the best deal) the basket of fish was minimal (only offering 1 small piece of fish and a small portion of fries), the salad was loaded with healthy toppings, and those that ate the meat loaf and loaded pretzel said they were stuffed afterwards. The Atmosphere: there are plenty of TV's to watch sporting events, but could serve as a distraction if you're hoping to make conversation with the person across from you. There is an outdoor patio with umbrellas as well. There is also a viewing area to watch the process of brewing beer and a large bar area with plenty of seating. This brewhouse also offers a small area to purchase t-shirts and other paraphaneila. There are plenty of specials, which look like they change week to week. If you're looking for a resturant that isn't a chain resturant, this is a good option.

One of the biggest menus full of great food choices of any brewery I've been to. Got a French Dip which was good, the bun was super soft and Au Jus dipping sauce tasted great. The fries were crispy, and the Kimchi Gyoza Fried Duplings were awesome dipped in the Thai Sweet Chili. Speaking of Chilli, get it, I've been part of Chilli Cook-offs, and this was The Best Chilli I've ever had!! Next time I am getting a Bowl. Their Burger wasn't quite a smash burger and a little small wasn't a fan. Now on to the beer, huge selection and very unique as they don't just have their own Amazing Beers but they do cocktails and Regular Domestics, something rarely seen and while I don't drink too many Miller Lites, it's great they offer this for those not as adventurous on their beer selection. I prefer IPAs and Saisons and Robinhood Delivered. Fantastic beer selection and loved all them we tried in our flight! Their IPAs were delicious. We'll be back!

First, thanks to our server Sean who was awesome, welcoming, and informative. The food here was great. I had The Godfather at Sean’s recommendation and was not disappointed. My wife’s Southwest chicken salad was good but also had a great presentation with good colors and seasonings added. My kids smashed a taco pizza to their delight and my son discovered his love of bacon in the Mac and cheese. My wife raved about the pomegranate wheat beer which prompted us to buy some for the trip home. I am so happy with my decision to stop here for food and if you are in the area or at the KOA, stopping here for a cold one and hot food is a must. They also supported a local artist and hung some of his beautiful work for us to look at while we ate. His last name was Rosenow and I apologize for forgetting the rest.

Overall this is a place I like to visit. I say "overall" because on my most recent visit the service was truly tragic, but it was the exception rather than the norm.

The food here is largely standard bar food - a wide range of sandwiches, burgers, pizzas etc. There are a few other things on the parts of the menu that I've never explored - I like their burgers and pizzas.

It's a shame that so many dishes come with chips rather than fries - it's not like throwing a chopped up potato in the fryer would add much to the cost price, and having to pay extra to have fries with a burger just feels like the venue is cheaping out on me while still expecting me to pay full price. Personally I'd rather see fries included in the price with an option to upgrade to spicy fries or sweet potato fries or whatever, if you want to pay an extra buck or two.

The range of beers is good, chances are there's something for everyone. Every once in a while they have a limited release like a barrel aged stout. Some of them are truly delicious, but watch the alcohol content as the odd one pushes over 10%.

Edit 10 Aug 2023. Google invited me to update my review. There's not really much to update. They still sell good pizza, and still offer a good range of beers. I was there yesterday and enjoyed my visit, much like I usually do. Recently it seems the range of beers has expanded into some things that might be considered a little more adventurous, which is good to see. If you're not into more unusual beers they have their standard range of familiar offerings that are more or less permanent features...

In short - expensive, mediocre food. Atmosphere just ok, good service.

We used to come here often when we lived in Bellefonte, but haven’t been there since probably before Covid and maybe only once since it wasn’t Home D. The prices have really gone up, more than most other places. You can’t really charge state college prices this far out of town. I had a burger and fries that were $17.50, and honestly it was not good enough to be a $10 burger. It was at most a 1/3 lb patty. It was good but it wasn’t almost $20 good. Just a comparison, one of my favorite burgers in the area is the Rampage Jackson at Champs on N Atherton, it’s an 8 ounce burger, great quality patty, fresh in house ingredients, great roll and it’s $14.59, in a much more expensive area. Anyway, wife got a bowl of soup. She said it was ok, but again $9 for a bowl of soup, it better be amazing and there should be a lot of it. Her bowl was about an 8” bowl with maybe an inch of soup in it.

The service was good, waitress was attentive and friendly. I think her name was Hannah.

Atmosphere is ok, but nothing special. One side wants to be a sit down family restaurant, other side wants to be a sports bar, but both are just big rooms with tables and booths. I remember Home D having great pizza and wings, guess maybe I should go...

We stopped in to have dinner and drinks on St Patrick’s Day. We ordered drinks-a shot and a beer for my husband and a top shelf Long Island iced tea for me. The waitress put in the order and then came back and asked my wife if i knew that the cost of the drink i ordered would cost double ( because if the top shelf request) and asked if i could afford it. Quite an insult. Then she brought my husband his shot only stating that he could not have more than 1 alcoholic drink at one time. My husband stated that had she told him that he would have requested the beer first. She just shrugged and walked off. Our food was horrendous. The onion ring appetizers were obviously old and just warmed up and mayonnaise was served as the dip. My husband then requested barbecue sauce which turned out to be ketchup. The cook came out snd said that he ran out of the mix for the sauce and didn’t think anyone would notice. No apology and certainly no care. Obviously, we did not eat the appetizers. I ordered a turkey club sandwich which would have been excellent if any mayo had been put on it. However, my husbands white pizza was perfection. Bottom line, we don’t recommend this place and will not go...
