Starbucks — Restaurant in Spring Township

I'm not sure who trained the people at this location to not make drinks that have soy/oatmilk with whip or cold foam, without first confirming the order. (Any other Starbucks just makes the drink as ordered.)

After 10 - 15 or maybe even 20 times of my drink not being ready when I arrive. I explained politely for a second time " there is a button in the system to say no foam/whip. Its frustrating because I order in plenty of time to just pick up the drink and go. That its not my problem if other people order there drinks wrong. "

The next time I came in my drink wasn't ready simply because they were chatting and the lid wasn't all the way on when I walked out.
