This has become one of my go-to study spots in the area. The internet is good, there's a good amount of seating, and the boba and drinks are tasty. The workers there are also nice, attentive, and are quick with the order.
I've tried almost every milk tea, and there hasn't been one I can't recommend yet. My favorite so far is probably the green milk tea, but the almond, house milk tea, Hokkaido, Okinawa, are all drinks I can recommend as well. Like alot of milk tea places, the flavor isn't the same and some like it more on the creamy side, others like it with more tea flavor. I think most of the drinks I've tried here lean slightly more towards the creamy side. I usually prefer it with more tea flavor and less sweet creamy flavor, but this place is still really darn good. Their boba is soft but still has good texture
Update 01/31/2019: I've continued to try various Boba Shops all across Las Vegas, and Cloud Tea remains one of my go to locations. Their quality of tea had not changed, the ambience is as relaxing as ever, and the orders are all made promptly. They've started adding new flavors to their menu, two of which I've tried are the Black Sesame smoothie and the Fruit Tea. The black Sesame is just as you'd expect with any black Sesame dessert, and the flavor is very strong. Their fruit tea is also very flavorful, and you can actually taste the different fruits they use... And yes, there are bits of fruits in their for you to munch on as well. I can't confirm if it's true, but they did say to me as I was ordering that they change up the fruits they use in the tea from time to time, so I think it's cool that they try different combinations of fruit for different flavors, but that's a personal choice. Today they had lemon, oranges, and kiwi in mine I believe, and I can definitely recommend this combination. Keep up the good...
Read moreI have been going to this place ever since March 2020 when they gave us our lock down orders here in Las Vegas. I used to go to a place all the time that I had been going to for about 6 years but could no longer go there and they weren't signed up with any delivery services. So I was really craving my boba tea and started looking for a new place on postmates. I had tried a couple of places before choosing Cloud tea and it was horrible the boba was gross, the drinks were small and they tasted water down it was just disgusting and so expensive. I finally came across Cloud tea and again I had hesitations from my previous experiences but I went ahead and did it anyway and I have been hooked ever since. Their Boba is so good it's the perfect consistency it's always perfect. I always order the almond milk tea I get sometimes triple and double Boba cuz I'm just infatuated with their boba and I've been ordering from them almost daily since then and they are so kind to me. They are so nice when I call they will bend over backwards to help you they are amazing people. I have so many drink stamps from quarantine that I cant use them all but they let me combine them all to get my drinks when I can get down there to turn them in. Great place to go I will remain with them. I love these people. Go ahead and try them out. My daughter gets the smoothies and omg the peach one and the strawberry banana are so good and their rose tea is great the green tea is great. It's all good. You wont regret it. I love it. You...
Read moreUnfortunately my family’s experience was terrible. while on vacation we decided to visit the shop. It was littered with gummies, chips, and straw wrappers strewn on the floor. rambunctious teen filled the lobby- some with drinks from the establishment, others with McDonald’s cups and they were speaking in very foul language: using sacrilegious curse words, and a ton of sexual profanities for about 10 minutes. No employees bothered to correct them or told them to keep it down.
We had our young toddler with us, and I decided to tell the kids to keep it down. I used no profanity, but I reminded them that there are people in the building and that inappropriate language wasn’t appreciated and to stop with adult language in a business. They denied they said anything and smirked at me like I was wrong. Boom- problem solved, and I’m not a manager.
Then To top It off, The young lady that made our drink forgot our order then made it wrong twice. it was no longer worth it so we just left with the wrong beverage and didn’t even bother to get a refund.
I did call the manager and told him that it’s not a good look for the business & that you can tell teenagers (even if they are customers) they’re not allowed to conduct behavior that way in family environments.
The manager was polite over the phone offered me a refund, but there was no way I was going back in there and I did pay in cash, but he notified me that this has been a problem he is trying to correct
hopefully they get...
